I often have issues with my order when I do pick up or delivery from this location. Usually they make the entrees incorrectly or forget a side. I’ve tried ordering from other locations, however today I didn’t notice and got it delivered from this location. Again, my chicken bowl was made incorrectly.

My first and last time at this Chipotle. The lady who prepared my food was so fast and barely gave any food. There was a guy also preparing food. She would grab the bowls out of his hands so she could finish the order and BARELY put any food in the bowls.

Quality here has begun to decline. There is a distinct lack of care by employees. When you ask for light sour cream that doesn’t mean a ladle full…an order of steak is not half a spoon full. Not to mention the half portions you receive when mobile ordering since they can get away with it.

This is the grossest chipotle in the area. There is never purell when you walk in & the floor is always covered in food. 2 kid’s quesadilla unmelted so they just fell out. Extra star earned for them steaming it back up & for the cashier being friendly. 1/4 teas/lemonades were available, the rest were empty and the napkin/soda area was disgusting. I can only imagine how gross the kitchen must be. Also out of guac but im letting that slide.

This location is usually busy so clearly lots of customers! The staff are polite and the cashier this Saturday noon was especially courteous. The sitting area is very clean although I did not dine in, but noticed it was cleaner than other locations.
