One thing I’ve learned about this chipotle location is NEVER order online or order delivery, save your money. Every time I order online from this place they give you the wrong food or don’t give you everything you’ve ordered. I usually order from the pikesville location, but today I was not feeling well so I ordered via the chipotle app for delivery. On the app, I didn’t have the option to choose my preferred chipotle for delivery, they always choose the closest one, which happens to be this one. I ordered a bowl with tortilla on the side. I received no tortilla and the rice was HARD. I tried to file a complaint on the app, and the service was unable to help me with my order for unknown reasons. Yet, this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location. If I was to type down every time they had my order incorrect, this would be a 10 page essay. I paid $22 for delivery just to be dissatisfied. For your own sake, if you choose to eat at this chipotle you have to stand in front of them and watch them with your food. Otherwise they’re careless and won’t provide you with what you actually ordered.

This is the first and last time I will eat at this Chipotle. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered 3 carnitas tacos online and arrived just as they were finishing the order. When I got to the car to eat my food everything was ice cold. No heat what so ever. I was also missing the queso that I paid extra for. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a food establishment. The company should be ashamed.

This location can be absurd at times. They normally are out of ingredients but not today. They are fully stocked and everyone is working hard not hanging out. They did not have hard tacos so the girl with the septum piercing said no worries I’ll make some even after I insisted not to worry about it. She was so nice

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! I ordered my food online (pretty big order) I ask for burritos they gave me bowls smh. Food was COLD AF!! When I go in to pick up the food the place is FILTHY!! None of the tables are clean, it wasn’t busy in there and they were fully staffed. Workers just B’sing. And food was BLAND AF!! (No flavor) Gotta do better and live up to that great Chipotle name, if not they will end up like SMASH BURGER Gone and FORGOTTEN!!! ,

Wish I could give 0 Stars ! The horrible experience began with the lack of urgency the chipotle team had at this location. The chipotle employees were having conversations amongst themselves about things other than completing the multitude of tasks associated with chipotle such as listening to customers for orders, completing backed up mobile orders and/or ingredient stocking. It’s continued to get worse when I ordered a salad and the employee told me he did not have anymore salad lettuce but he could get me shredded lettuce if I didn’t mind. I personally hate shredded lettuce in my salad and if I wanted a bowl or burrito I would’ve purchased one. I told the employee that I would wait if I had to for lettuce and he told me that he couldn’t because it takes a long time to get lettuce because they have to wash, cut and sterilize the lettuce. My frustration continued with this chipotle location when the next employee asked me what I would like on my salad. The main ingredient I wanted salad dressing I was told they were all out. This is not the first or second time this has happened at this location. I asked again if they would make some more and was told that it take a while. Another employee had to step up and make it since it’s a simple task. This bothered me since at 9:25 there were multiple employees (not in uniform) cleaning the grill and rice bowls. After receiving my order my frustration was taken to the limit when I noticed the uncleanliness of the establishment. The restaurant that I just ordered food to consume was in disarray and filthy. The condiment station seems like it hasn’t been tended to in ages. Trash cans were overflowing and tables in disarray. This location definitely lacks management focused on the chipotle customer experience. As a chipotle customer I expect a clean atmosphere with fresh food and exceptional customer service. I am not sure if I will patronize chipotle again or just this location.

I have never in my 32 years of living seen a chipotle as unsanitary and unprofessional as this one. First, i go and they are closed at 6pm. The next day i go back and there is NO CHEESE, NO CHIPS! The young lady with the red braids to the side had the nastiest attitude. A customer came in to get her online order and she was rude to her. Then proceeded to tell the entire staff she was leaving for the day because she was over. Please keep in mind it was ATLEAST 10 customers in line. The gentleman with the big hair used a spatula to clean the table and PUT IT BACK ON THE STOVE. The young lady on rung me up didn’t give me the dressing. She said “oh we ain’t got none” those were her words. She yelled to the back and the young lady in the back yelled “oh I’m making some” while laughing. The forks were spilled all over the counter. The soda machine had soda everywhere. Not one employee had on hairnets. Considering they were closed so early the day before, you would think the staff would have had enough time to clean/sanitize and get their attitudes together.

Shout out to the team working on Friday night 3/31. The Howard Community College mens lacrosse team (after playing at Stevenson U.) showed up unannounced at around 9p in a bus with about 40 guys and the team did a great job filling orders and getting everyone through the line. It put pressure on the team because there was clearly pickup orders coming in, but they handled it with a smile as we took over the place. Thank you to that team for the hospitality!

I don’t know why I give this location a second chance. Every time I patronize them, whether via delivery, pickup or in person, they are always out of ingredients. Usually when I get delivery something is missing from the order. I always go to corporate and talk to “pepper” who gives me a coupon for my next visit, but it’s always expired. It’s just not worth it anymore.
