Very stingy on their chicken, I had to add black beans, for the first time ever at Chipotle. Then when I asked for a little more of the lettuce, they said there will be additional charge, and charged me $1.55. Not that is a big deal but the attitude and idea of charging is so cheap. I always do a simple combo of rice, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and sides of guac and sour cream.

This location always requires you to order online due to always being under staffed. They never have vinaigrette. I ordered a salad online today and received no vinaigrette even tho it automatically comes with the salad. Last time I went in person and asked why they never have it the employee stood right in my face and said it sells out fast. If he made some right now it would be gone in an hour so he just doesn’t make any. Maybe they can never keep employees because of poor management. This by far is the worse Chipotle I ever went to. I hope they atleast feed the homeless man that lives at the front door of the location. Why would you send me a salad with no salad dressing? Oh and its impossible to speak to a human so getting your issues resolved is non existent

So here’s the deal. This particular location likes to charge you extra money for toppings that are on the side. What I found out was from their Corporate office was that is incorrect. How it works is if you get a bowl and you ask for cheese on the side, sour cream on the side or like salsa on the side and it’s NOT added on the bowl at all. But just on the side. Chipotle is NOT suppose to charge you extra. NOW if you have it already on your bowl and you want extra than they CAN charge you extra. $.30. I actually have a email and chat indicating this. I am in the process of writing the VP of chipotle who’s in charge of supply chain( Mr Carlos Londono) to tell him exactly what happen and to see why their employees are doing this to people. I will come back and update his response. Overall this location during the evening the employees are friendly and not up tight.

Staff was very rude. When I asked for double portions they were mad saying it was expensive & didn’t want to give more food saying this is what we have due to closing soon. Too lazy to prepare more food. I still had 1 1/2 hrs to order before closing. Hygiene was terrible & more worried about their cellphones than customers. This happened last 3 times I went there. Next time I will drive further out of my way to get better service & fresh food.

Sorry to have to post a negative review but both of my recent visits to this location have been less than stellar. I placed an order for pickup using the Chipotle app. Pickup orders are not placed on the designated rack where customers can access them. Instead, one has to try to get the attention of the cashier who seems oblivious to people arriving to pickup orders ( at least this has been my experience). After giving my name to the employee, she checked all three of the bags behind the counter, checked the production line, asked for my name again, checked the bags again, and finally gave me my order. I ordered a carnitas burrito. While I did receive a large burrito, I can’t really say what was in it. It seemed to be made of everything on the menu just thrown together. I noticed maybe three kinds of meat and assorted veggies. It didn’t taste bad, but it definitely wasn’t what I ordered. After two consecutive negative experiences, I will not return to this location .

So today they have us walking in and placing online orders…then having us wait 20 mins while they making imma assume an off the clock coworker food she definitely not paying for it by the way, but the paying customers are standing here waiting. This location is the worst an is in need of senior management. Poor customer servive

The cash register needs an upgrade to a modern system so people can tip employees on their card. They do a great job every time I’m in there. This location gets some if the RUDDEST customers ive ever witnessed & its a wonderful any of them even show up to work. I don’t normally carry cash, & it would be nice to tip them on my card.

The staff here are so rude. I like chipotle in general before I go to work, I asked a question, and they completely ignored me talking to another employee. I asked for light care so she gave me a whole spoon. Next day I came to eat again, but they were close?? At 11 am when they should be open at 10:45

I’ve been eating Chipotle in different states for almost 25 years and never and I mean never have they tried to charge me for a bonus scoop of beans. The fact that this place doesn’t even have water glasses is enough for me to never come back. This store goes so far against every other Chipotle experience I wonder if corporate knows about these shenanigans. I bet they charge for the bathroom.
