This branch is the worst I have ever been to among all branches. I ordered twice in both my experience was very bad. The first time, they were out of bowels and brown rice, which what I paid for online, and they put my order into small boxes with very small portion. Today, they added a small portion of chicken that you barely can even see compared to what you usually have in any Chipotle branch. I got lots of rice and beans instead but almot no protien at all. I will never order from this store. Don’t waste your time, money, and health.

Please save your money! 1. They never cook their rice properly, it’s like the took it off the stove before it even starts getting soft. 2. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have ordered deli every my order was wrong. Every time!! It does not daily. Today they managed to forget 6 out of 9 ingredients on both of my bowls.

I AM FURIOUS. I paid for guacamole on two burrito bowls – no guacamole was there. I paid for large chips so that I could enjoy salsa – no chips. VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SPECIFIC CHIPOTLE LOCATION. Thanks chipotle for ruining my meal and wasting my money. You owe me money and I’m disgusted with your lack of ability to do a simple easy job. I have worked food service my whole life and it’s not hard to add guacamole and chips when it’s on the receipt.

Usually order ahead and drop just to grab my order since I live next door. Every single time my order is sitting somewhere out of reach and I have to wait 10 minutes before anyone even looks at me to greet me and hand me my order. Today I literally had to walk in the kitchen and grab it. Add to my frustration the brown rice was super undercooked, and half the items I requested were missing in the bowl. Extremely disappointed at this location. No wonder they are always empty. Can’t even have any sense of urgency to provide decent customer service when there are no people in the restaurant.

This was absolutely the best bowl I’ve ever had! The food was all hot and everything was fresh!!! The portions were A1 and the service wasn’t bad either. the only issue I had was that my free entree didn’t come off as the cashier advised it did. I just saved it for the next time.
