I don’t know why I keep setting myself up but I do, against my better judgement. Most of the time, I order online and the food is always jacked up. Most of the time, online orders are the only option. If you are able to go in and order, do that, you may luck up. They never have all the fixings. The workers(the women) seem to hate their jobs because they are not welcoming at all. I do complain online and get free stuff but I would rather my food be correct the first time. How can you mess up a simple bowl (rice, chicken, lettuce, and cheese) almost every time. If you do go to this location, check your food. Better yet, just find another one!

I wasn’t feeling well really needed to eat something otherwise, I will pass out so I stop by chipotle. I ordered a Bowl which was supposed to have a white rice. The rice was not fully cooked but I really needed to eat so I had to pick from only the top part of the bowl. I never complain Anywhere, I’m a pretty easy client, but in this case, I really needed to eat and I just wanted a normal lunch. I approach the staff let me know what was going on and the only thing that they said was I’m sorry. Did you didn’t offer to repeat my order or anything. Will not come back to this place.

Normally I expect for this Chipotle to not have something but today was perfect. They had everything that I order on my Barbacol bowl and the Queso was delicious. That can be hit or miss at this location too I guess all depending on who mixes it but today it was perfect. Oh and the girl who rang my order was really cute…

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever visited. They are CONSISTENTLY out of items. Who ever does the ordering needs to be fired. This is a regular issue and has been this way for well over a year. If you think you will be going in for a quick visit for lunch, just go somewhere else because most chances they will not have what you want. This location is the reason why I don’t buy Chipotle as much as I used to. This is unacceptable.

I was visiting with my son over the weekend of Easter. The Monday after, we go out to get something to eat from this location. The person (male gender or whatever) no judgement… handled my order. I don’t know what this location’s policy is but, scraping the bottom of a tray holding the food that is on a warmer you order cannot be alright. I couldn’t help the reaction of my face. I mean, he scraped so hard, I knew the spicier chicken was dry and/or he scraped the aluminum as well… Now, I get home to eat and realize that he also did not give me the brown rice I asked for. The sour cream I asked for was also runny from the gate at the restaurant. I didn’t make a fuss, I didn’t return it. But I will NEVER eat anything from this location EVER AGAIN! Then to add Fuel to the Fire… This place was nasty looking. Everything tore up from the floor up! I was afraid to make use of the restroom for fear of what I might have to run away screaming… I’ve never seen a Chipotle site look so nasty. The only thing I noticed was cleaner than everything else was the white tiled wall up above the grill hood and over, behind the serving counter. Unbelievable! The service was just awful! The best thing to come of it all was a young lady that went out of her way to refill an empty tank of a drink that I wanted. The man that prepared my food was annoyed with me as well as short. Then without notice, went to the back of the store to re-up but did so in a tempered manner. And a side note, your employee or employees need to understand and pay close attention to their customers requests. I had surgery some time ago that does not allow me to eat white rice, ergo the request for the brown rice… Good luck with this one. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I wouldn’t suggest any choice of food, @least at this location.

If I could give negative stars… I would. I ordered chipotle for me my kids and I distinctly remember ordering 3 bowls with rice. Why did my order pick up person tell me that they had no rice? At chipotle? How can I eat a burrito bowl with no rice. They were 2 hours away from closing and are right infront of the a grocery store maybe they should’ve went and bought some rice. Then they proceeded not to refund me and put extra beans and salad in my bowl that I never asked for. Not to mention my bowl had none of the meat I asked for and is leaking with water

I always go to this Chipotle because it’s closest to my house and I’ve been repeatedly disappointed by its quality. They did not let me add extra rice and the rice served was raw! Not to mention the horrible customer service. I will no longer be a customer unless changes are made.

Really don’t understand how this location is still open. They’re consistently out of things, constantly messing up orders, and now to top it off they only accept online orders. I can’t imagine the number of people that come in daily just to get turned away because they can’t order in person like at every other chipotle. You’d think with only taking online orders they’d be able to get food out on time but even that is still slow. I just don’t understand how people willingly still work there or how corporate hasn’t done anything about this location. It gives the brand a bad name and it’s a shame because it’s the closest location to me and the flavor of the food is usually good.
