The food at chipotle has gone down all over but this particular location has the worst food. I got a bowl last night and the brown rice was hard, the chicken has gristles in it. The portions were ridiculously small. The person making the bowel act as if he didn’t want to be there. Overall the food just wasn’t good. I won’t be returning and i frequently come here. No more. I’m tired of wasting my money on mediocrity.

My son & I grabbed dinner from here last week. This location is normally my favorite but that has since changed. The cashier Timothy over charged me & added something on my bill that I didn’t order. Unfortunately I never checked my receipt until I got home. Please be mindful to check your receipt so you won’t be over charged like me.

Ordered online for me to pick up. Arrived one minute after my pick up time. Was told my order was being made. Waited 10 minutes. A 2nd worker notice I was still waiting and asked my name. My order had been sitting there with all the other orders the whole time! When I got home and opened the bag. All the oders had been crushed. The bag holding everything was fine, These got squished before being put in the bag. So now I’m sitting here eating smashed up, cold Chipotle.

While all of the other Chipotle’s are out of food, this location knows how to order and cook and enough until they close. Employees aren’t hood unlike the other some of the other locations. Close and fire all in the white marsh location.

The Chipotle on York Road next to Boston Market has declined. I’ve noticed the new employees who are not customer service oriented. The service is horrible for those making orders and on the grill. The amount of chicken the give makes no sense. Out of the three orders, if we pit all three together it would have been enough for one bowl. He had the nerve to try and say if you want extra chicken I will have to charge double.. They sent have to worry about getting my moneybatvthis location ever again! I wished I had read these reviews first
