Got to the location and there was a sign on the door of online orders only. People had arrived not knowing that and also not knowing how to order from a phone. The manager was nasty when an older person asked to help them do it and she said no she wasn’t going to do that.

Go elsewhere! I only came here because I was visiting someone at Bayview across the street. This was supposed to be a counter and dine in order. But they had a sign saying “Online orders only”. So we ordered online. And it took forever! We were the only ones planning on eating in the restaurant. Everyone else was picking up orders. The two ladies behind the counter were very unpleasant and seemed irritated that they had to work. We finally got our food. I asked for some hot sauce. She gave me a cup and the bottle and said “You have to use it right here so you don’t steal it” I replied “I don’t steal”. I had to ask again for my drink cups. When I filled them up, there was no ice. The food was okay. We needed more sour cream, but I was afraid to ask them due to their attitude. Meanwhile, other people who had picked up their orders had to come back because they had problems with their food. I will never come back to this location! Everyone is always waiting higher minimum wage and better wages. But it never seems to equal better service.

Order was over 20 minutes late and was only prepared when I inquired from a girl behind the counter. Order was supposed to be picked up at 3:10 pm, they started to prepare it at 3:32pm. When I looked in my bag and realized I was missing the vinaigrette dressing, I asked the lady who prepared my order, her response was nonchalant that they didn’t have any. She walked away leaving me standing there flabbergasted as to the ridiculous level of customer service from this person. They were not busy at all! I have been to other locations where the lines are snaking out the joint. Not so here, at least not while I was there. This level of poor service is inexplicable!

I ordered via Grubhub and asked for a salad with chips and guacamole. Received my delivery order, but no chips. I drove here with my order (showing the items requested), asked for my chips. They said they were out. Out of chips? I don’t get how that’s possible… but I glanced around and didn’t see any. So I asked if they’d remake my order since it was cold, due to me having to drive there for a make-good. The cashier acted like I was speaking a foreign language, what a ridiculous request.

I ordered 4 steak bowls and when the food got to me not only was the food cold but wrong instead of steak I ended up with chicken and all the toppings were wrong too. I ordered medium spicy salsa and ended up with tomatoes and everything was so dry I couldn’t even eat it. To say the least I will not be ordering from Chipotle again.

We picked up a mobile order only to come home and find that the guacamole was inedible. It was clearly old and we couldn’t eat our meals at all. Whoever thinks it’s ok to serve this guacamole to customers is insane as this could make someone sick. Do not reccomend the Bayview Chipotle.

Throw the entire staff away!!! The will put anything in a bowl. I’ve had the nut of the Avocado graded up in my guacamole! I’ve ordered full Bowls and received Bowls with 3 ingredients in it. The lights are always half on. The children that work there play music all day. It’s very unprofessional and disgusting .

Just watched an employee drop her glove on the floor and pick it back up and put it on, then start making customers food with it on. This was at the side- take out section. I am disgusted!!! Tall slim girl with braids. Didnt get her name but i am in shock. Never getting food here again.
