I’m not one that usually writes restaurant reviews, but I had to leave one after my awful experience. I’ve ordered from this location before and have had no problems. This time though, I had ordered a Chipotle bowl online for pick up. When we got our order we were in complete shock about the portion size! It looked like they didn’t include the beans we ordered mayne because they ran out? But if thats the case why not let me know when I arrived to pick up the order? Or at least offer me something in replacement.

Everytime I go past 3pm, I always encounter issues. Usually they don’t have the salad dressings and have extra long lines and wait times, but this time at 6pm, they did not have any salad lettuce cut up and was unwilling to accommodate me when they had available staff who was doing nothing. They also had no white rice, and no faijias. This is sad that they never have anything that they offer. When I first got there, luckily they only had 3 customers in front of me which is rare. Then as I waited for them to finish the lingering customer in front of me, when I turned around, the line was packed to the door. They are very slow and do not have menu items after 3pm. This is not the first time I had an issue, as before I found a piece of straight black hair when I opened my food and I have kinky sandy brown hair. They require their employees to wear no hair nets. Atp this is why I don’t eat chipotle like that anymore. Then have the nerve to not have napkins as well. Smh (noted in the pictures, you can see how unclean they keep their work station)

This is a quesadilla I received. This is the worst location. I always have a problem with my order. They believe a BOGO is the fix. That just means I have to spend more money. I’m done with them

This location has the worst service and the worst food and the worst attitudes ever have only been there twice and I will never go again. It’s just plain disgusting They are out of guacamole a lot and that shouldn’t happen and I doubt if they do anything fresh I think they leave it overnight It is so sad they don’t belong there They should be somewhere else – Chipotle “boot camp”

I walked in one evening at around 8 and everyone was gone except one lady making online orders. A line began forming and she told us it’s not her fault; and that staff was just gone. She kept making orders and we all sat. Then workers started walking in, maybe coming in from a big joint break? They didn’t explain. They just took their time and eventually got to our orders. One of them made a comment about the chicken maybe being bad, but for some reason I just didn’t think that he would actually serve me bad chicken. I ordered it like a dummy, and noticed it felt stale when I ate it; and of course it made me sick. I’ve never walked into a restaurant or fast food joint and all the cooks and servers were just GONE. And there never seems to be a manager on duty. Overall very SLOW service every time I’m there.

Second time I’ve been to this location after 9pm and there is no food except rice and a vegan option. Poor service. One woman working while the rest of the team is having a meeting. No exaggeration.

I ordered DoorDash and instead of informing the dasher that even though they share the shopping center with GIANT the grocery store, they were somehow out of lettuce, they just made the food with the missing ingredients and had no remorse when I came to the store. No apology, instead I was sarcastically asked what I wanted them to do about it. I will never order from here again. Workers looked dirty anyway, if I could see who was preparing my food before I ordered I would not have.

Their food is okay not that great ,however there are many issues with this chipotle. First off the staff especially the ladies in the front have a horrible attitude. Next, the food for some reason does not taste like food from different chipotle locations,The serving sizes are also very small as you can still see on my picture that is zoomed in,This location is extremely slow it took a while for me to get one burrito bowl,and finally chipotle is known for being a more expensive fast food restaurant.Thus the value of all of this food is not high.

This place is nasty! From the counter tops, grills, and floors. The staff they have recently hired is by far the worst group of individuals I’ve encountered. Line wrapped, food everywhere, and half the staff is on lunch break, keep in mind it was damn near 10pm. Ghetto, dirty, and unprofessional.

I love Chipotle and it’s very disappointing that I have to write this but lately this particular location is dropping the ball!! I go frequently because it’s close to my job but it’s always something when I go. Today no vinegarette, I couldn’t pay in cash , chips was stale and the bowls weren’t filled whatsoever!! The order was placed through the app so I’m trusting employees to do their due diligence and I was wrong!! Time to find another location
