Not that this matters to readers because if you like Chipotle you’re going to go to any chipotle. I really just want this to make its way to management. This staff was as rude and ignorant as a person in the service industry could possibly be. It continues to blow my mind how managers and proprietors could hire such insensitive and disrespectful people to represent their investment. After the first two min standing in front of them, we walked away and chose not to support this place.

This is the airport location at BWI chipotle. We got online at 9:20 AM and we were the only ones on the line. We were standing there for what seemed like 24 minutes ready to order, but the two employees were in a personal conversation. They were not discussing the business. When I asked if we can order, she gave me an attitude like I was bothering her. And then proceeded to make the bowl as slowly as possible. All we wanted was black beans, chicken, and lettuce. It took a minute to do that. I own a restaurant in DC, and if I had an employee that stood there doing nothing, while there was a customer waiting, and then proceeded to give them an attitude because they wanted to order, she would be fired in a second. I know restaurants are desperate right now, but that particular employee with the long eyelashes should be fired.

My visit was July 22. The lady that constructed my order did so incorrectly even though I was there. I would have corrected her be she had a quite intimidating demeanor, which was exaggerated when she yelled at people. When I got rung up, the other lady working asked what meat I got. I shrugged and said “I don’t know” since I didn’t know what I had gotten was carnitas (instead of Barbacoa). She looked at the first woman who apparently didn’t know either. She then showed the container from which it came and the second lady was able to figure out what it was. Overall it was not an enjoyable experience and to top it all off I barely had anything in my bowl. She swindled me out of a good meal.

Workers had terrible attitude and food was mid. Workers asked what we wanted and complained when not receiving an answer immediately. Nothing was in stock except burrito bowls and a bunch of grumpy workers who hate their job. If I could write more 1 star reviews I would.

Salty line workers, gave me attitude for asking for toppings and acted annoyed when I asked for more than one salsa, they pinch the portions and the guacamole was brown. They don’t wrap the burritos well and they fall apart. The cashier is nice.

By far the worst customer service. Just because I wanted to wait in line while an employee was refilling the salsa, the girl taking my order felt necessary to start running her mouth to me. I kept my cool because I’m an adult, but it took everything I had not to berate this kid in front of the entire airport. Have some standards Chipotle and stop scraping the barrel for employees.

Can we please get more than 3 employees to work this Chipotle so they can offer Pico to the customers? They did not even attempt to make Pico because of 3 employees. There was absolutely nobody in line and no attempt to make Pico. This is embarrassing to the rest of Chipotle restaurants. I am a huge fan of Chipotle and this one is far below the standard I’m used to when coming to Chipotle.

We arrived at BWI with plenty of time to spare and quite hungry. We can usually depend on Chipotle for outstanding service and food and what a disappointment. They were out of grilled veggies, chips, guacamole, and fountain drinks. The two bowls we ordered were lacking content and inedible. The staff lacked any motivation and just went through the motions. A dining spot to avoid between Terminals A & B if you want to avoid disappointment.
