How do you mess up a cheese quesadilla and order of rice? Half the rice is missing & the quesadilla isn’t melted at all. Couldn’t order a big quesadilla without the app but guess that’s just policy or something weird.

The worst ever!! Chicken and steak were dryer then a Popeyes biscuit. 40 bucks for 3 half full bowls. They don’t even try to fill that thing up then want to charge for extra smdh!! Placed an online order at prime dinner time and food was ready in 10 minutes, 5 minutes faster then estimated. Went through the chipotle lane for pickup which was fast and easy. Food was hot and fresh. Recommend this location

We ordered 2 burrito bowls and quesadilla. The rice was mushy. The restaurant looked like a tornado went through it (inside and out). Trash everywhere and cans overflowing. Worse Chipotle experience of all time.

Terrible service, which is sad because I love chipotle but the guy running the line I’m pretty sure was high out of his mind and left my friends quesadilla in the press for far too long and forgot to actually give it to her and then on top of that when we get to the cashier we are greeted by a pushy, snarky woman. They also don’t offer water cups?
