20230509 Soooooo slow. The first employee put the rice, bean and meat of my choice in a bowl. It sat on the counter with the food of 2 guys before me while the employee was adding toppings to a multiple order. It took a long time, and by the time I got through the line, I decided to eat in the car and to find my food cold. The food was good but would have been better if it was warm. It would have been nice if the employees have personality. They kind of reminded me of a ribotic assembly line workers. They were welcoming.

First time visiting this Chipotle. I come in and all tables & floor are very dirty. I had to clean a table to be able to dine in. The place looks very messy, counters, trash can next to register is full (overflowing) . No straws for any of the customers who purchase drinks. If it looks like this I bet the bathrooms look worse. The door was a struggle to open and others struggled too. Chairs not pushed in. The price for the meal isn’t worth it with a messy place.

This Chipotle is pretty consistently disappointing. Food is salty and overseasoned, greasy chips, the portion balance of the toppings and sides is inconsistent, and the food preparation area looks messy.

I used to love this chipotle. But the past couple times some items have gotten SO SPICY. Unbearably so. I don’t use spicy salsa, but it seems that whatever they are doing to the pinto beans is making them crazy spicy??

The employee working the food line on Friday 8.11.2023 with the hello kitty phone case an glasses has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE I WILL HAPPILY NEVER COME HERE AGAIN because of her terrible service! Slamming utilizes, had a whole issue because I made a order! CUSTOMER SERVICE = WORD OF MOUTH!

I placed an order for half chicken al pastor and half regular chicken and I was only given half regular chicken. When I reach out to customer service chipotle does nothing to fix the issue. On top of paying about $15 for a bowl is ridiculous. Never purchasing from here again. Online order aren’t taken with respect to the customer.

It’s sad to see how Chipotle has consistently gone down since the pandemic, specially with the quantity at all locations. This location is worst of all in the region with half a scoop quantity for everything. Never been to a chipotle where Corn quantity is at its lowest .

4/17/23 I placed my order online received my confirmation and pick up time which was 8:50, Got there and was informed that my order was not received. The young girl I was talking to was cool but this older guy working the front line had a problem. He told me that it must’ve didn’t go through he asked me if I had the email confirmation so I stepped back to find it so other people can pay for their order. I went back to the girl to show her that I had it and he came back over huffing and puffing about it saying again “we didn’t receive your order” ok that fine but it’s paid for, it came to your location and I’m here so all he had to do was just make my order. He was agitated like I did something wrong I just showed proof that I placed an order. Upon reading from my phone the first order which was a quesadilla he was making he then asked if there was anything else I said yes and told him another quesadilla, he huffed again and placed the first order behind him and proceeded to help someone that just walked in to place a order..I could not believe he did that!!! There were other employees working the line ,for a pick up that was suppose to be ready came 4 mins early and he dismissed my order. I instantly let him know that he was being very rude to me and he kept stressing that they didnt have my ticket. I was not upset that my order wasn’t ready when I got there at all, every other employee in that room was fine but he was bothered so that lead to me arguing with him and all I wanted was to get the order I paid for completed so my child and I can leave. A female employee ended up completing my order and I can tell that she was making up for how he gave me service cause she was making sure everything was correct and I was pleased with how she handled the situation and her kindness. That man was so upset that another customer came in to place a order and ended up walking out without food because that same guy was being rude to him as well smdh.

I did a take out today from this place, the portions were very small compared to other places. Food tasted weird, possibly spoiled tomatoes or sour cream. I have been having stomach aches all evening having to run to the bathroom multiple times. Not going back again.

Friday night at 9pm, no guac, no green mild salsa, no salad dressing, all but 2 Tabasco’s out in one style. Extremely boring to have a bowl without these items and I feel like the Staff just doesn’t want to keep the food stocked. We won’t be returning here
