Nova Fencing Club
I walked into the restaurant because the quality might not be great but is consistent. It was just around 5pm. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone walked up. I was never greeted, acknowledged or said hello to. So I started to order my bowl. I asked for extra fresh salsa – the server was incredulous that I asked. She picked up some on the tip of the spoon and dumped it in. I asked for more and was informed that I will be charged extra. OK. Same was with the sour cream. I have been going to this restaurant for 6 years because it is around the corner from my business. Not only will I not go there again, I will make sure to tell all to go across the street to District Taco and not come to this place ever again. I also have events at my club and I will make sure that all the attendees are aware of the rudeness of the staff. Go to District Taco, better food, same price!

Scratches the bottom of the bowl with practically no or very little rice in it. When asked to replace the bowl the server got nasty all of a sudden. Be cordial ok? We are paying for your services. It is not free. Please stay away from this store until they start treating people like they want to be treated.

So very disappointed with this experience. Every staff member we encountered was rude. I felt like every request down the line was an imposition. Additionally, this was one of the dirtiest Chipotle’s I’d been to, but we did head there at 1:30pm, so they may not have had time to clean up after the lunch rush. Guac was on the brown side which is rare to see at Chipotle so I was a little surprised by that. Dip was still good and most of it seemed fresh minus the fact that either the lettuce or corn was so cold, some seemed frozen. Gluten free/vegetarian/vegan friendly!

This Chipotle is just straight garbage and the staff are even worse. Ordered 3 tacos through Uber eats and all I got was 3 tortillas (with nothing in them) and my side of chips and guac. I decided to give it another shot, in person, and when putting my burrito bowl together, they kept trying to skimp out on the ingredients. I asked if they could actually fill the bowl with food and they said they would charge me more since I asked “for more”. How can you even charge me regular price when you aren’t even putting a scoop of ANYTHING in the bowl!? got a dark pube or beard hair in this bowl. Disgusting…
