We paid for 2 bowls each bowl has just 1/3 of food, I understand they’re trying to save food cost but we as a costumer deserve to get what are we paying for, plus the costumer service is very rude everyone in this location! Never going to come back ever again

The food is fresh and usually taste pretty good. Depending on who is working, they can tend to be a bit stingy with the portion sizes. They also are sometimes out of certain flavors of tabasco sauce at the condiment station. Overall, not a bad location, but also nothing to write home about. I frequently visit this location.

The woman with the glasses rushed me to decide whether to put beans or not , rushed me to choose which meat , the women there do not give you time not even a second . We do not even finish eating it because there was a nasty taste with the chicken . Had to throw in the trash . I will never ever go to this Chipotle Location again and I never recommend this Chipotle Location.

the food was fine(?), i don’t go out to eat often, and don’t have much experience w/chipotle, so i don’t have a great point of reference, HOWEVER my issue is with the fact that several of the staff made fun of me/my appearance in Spanish thinking i wouldn’t know! their laughter was obvious and pointed. the experience really put a dampener on my night, i had dressed up a bit and felt really cute! reminder you’re not the only people who speak the language! try to practice kindness! 🙂

I understand that restuarants have rush hours but make sure you are attentive to the customer, 1st the lady all ready has a buritto in her hand and im like I would like a bowl, some of the staff are so focused on being fast that they are about to make errors, she then proceeds to scoop up the brown rice and I had to say, white rice twice, then I had to ask if she could put a little bit more beans in the bowl, same thing with the next server, all I got out of my mouth was sour and she processed to place the top on my bowl, I had to tell her to stop, just stop and slow down a little bit because Im not even getting my order out and your getting it wrong, you can be fast but also attentive to what is being asked, the little girl then catches an attitude and throws the bowl and I informed dont get an attitude because the paying customer is asking to slow down a little so you can hear what they want before moving on and they are not done. I did let the manager and had to correct her when she tried to blame it on a rush and there was no rush,

Love me some Chipotle. I was so happy when a chipotle opened in Lorton. I have had a few issues w missing items when I have used DoorDash for delivery but honestly it happens everywhere. The store is clean and for the most part everyone I have encountered there has been nice. I took off one star for missing items. All in all, a good location to visit and always better to just go urself to avoid missing items or even just making sure the order is right. Parking is usually pretty easy at this location which I also appreciate.

The manager with the glasses is extremely rude and argumentative. I found a bone in a bowl and she tells me that it’s normal and that it happens all the time. I said Im not eating this and she said there’s nothing she can do. Which then I asked for a refund. She proceeded to go through the trash and open my bowl to see what exactly was in it to make sure I wasn’t lying which clearly the receipt I gave says what I have and I was also telling the employee what I had. She then continuously tells the employee that’s giving me the refund to not refund for side items I did eat which I told them from the beginning I did eat and to not give me the money back. She is extremely unprofessional.
