My online order was to be picked up by 1:40pm. They first lost my order and I waited 25 mins. When I addressed it to Manager Leo or Cleo, he said go online and pour your concerns and to Leave comment online . I understand thing happens but really! Find better way to handle situations.

The person before me gets hooked up with a massive burrito so there’s not much rice left when I’m next in line and they didn’t bring anymore out either. My bowl is also seriously lacking but whatever, I’m chill. I ask for a LITTLE sour cream next and even pinched my fingers as a hand gesture and the dude just dumps it on top where there’s more sour cream than rice or anything else. I just stare at the dude in disbelief wondering how this even makes sense and almost walked out at that point. Paid but never coming back even though this is the closest location to me.

Chicken cut perfectly, served me the perfect amount of food, great music, they had spoons, wonderful staff. Overall great experience 10/10 I’ve been to 10+ chipotles and chipotle is my favorite fast food, and this by far was the most consistently superb chipotle I had ever step foot in my entire life.

Remember being here in the pre pandemic days (2019) for lunch and having to wait in line to place the order. Also, it was hard to find a place to sit during lunch, back then. This time around (2023), there was no one in line and just two people eating there. I saw maybe 2 others come in to pick up their order. Chipotle, how did you manage this? Despite raising prices from $9 in 2021 to now $15 in 2023 for a burrito bowl, the protein is half of what it used to be. The side tortilla also came torn and hard taco shells were cracked.

This place has the worst service of any chipotle in the area. If you ask for a drink they will automatically give you a large and up charge you, rather than giving the standard size (imagine if every fast food place automatically charged you for a large drink anytime you simply said you wanted a drink). I only know this because I have ordered drinks at other chipotle locations and they are much smaller and this has happened multiple visits at this store. They are generally light handed on the meat and guac. On another visit I was the only customer in the store and watched the staff make a catering order for 15 burritos while making me wait and not acknowledging that I was even there.
