Asked for a chicken bowl and he started off by giving me 3/4 a scoop of white rice since he was running out, proceeded to spread the rice around so it doesn’t look as pathetic . I then had to ask for 2 EXTRA scoops of brown rice to make this failure of a bowl look decent again. He then proceeded to give me a quarter scoop of chicken which you will see in the picture below( didn’t take me long to dig them all out). I’m more shocked than mad at this point. Getting too greedy will leave this location in the dirt please do better.

I came in to order a little after 5:30 PM (08.20.2023) and I couldn’t believe the guy who was working on the line. I don’t know why he was put in the line by himself, I also work in the food industry with a set up similar to chipotle’s but I have no idea why one guy was working online and in person orders at the same time PLUS doing both the base/proteins/tortillas AND toppings/wrapping up. I originally had problems with this location when it came to online ordering but now I understand- seeing how this chipotle location runs it’s employees, I’m surprised I even got my orders at all. This employee was quicker than humanly possible, kept a cool tone even under EXTREME pressure and if there was a way to, I would’ve only tipped him. I don’t know if there’s anything that can be done to give this employee the recognition he deserves or more help but that’s the purpose of my review. (Employee was blonde, maybe platinum blonde, wearing a hat, on the younger side)

Waited in a long line and ordered my food just to get told at the very end that they were out of lettuce. I didn’t even want it anymore but I don’t waste food. They were using lettuce for the online orders so I wonder why they get priority. Maybe post a sign or let people know if you’re out of something so you don’t waste their time. I work in the food industry and doing this is just basic common sense.

Something isn’t right at this location. It used to be very good but the last few times I have been its had several problems. The staff is friendly enough, but the food is really bad. The steak was tough as leather, the rice was undercooked and crunchy, the salsa was full of stems, and there was enough cilantro on everything to overpower any flavor that had a chance of being good. Until I hear otherwise, I’m avoiding this location.

Only fills the bowl 3/4 full, small portions, wilty brown lettuce. Consistently terrible quality every time I order from here. Chicken clearly reheated from previous day, overcooked and chewy. Will not be dining again.

This is the worst Chipotle in the area, avoid it at all costs. They consistently miss items that were ordered online; furthermore the cut 50% of portions compared to other Chipotle restaurants, a rip off. The site manager needs to be fired, no quality control or whatsoever.

Ordered for delivery and pay extra for xtra chk, the delivery service is great but when o open the bowl there wasn’t any xtra meat there wasn’t even the regular portion, after digging around found what seems the last scoop of the pot. Tried to called to see if I could talk to some one just to be put on hold for over 15 min and counting as I write this. Safe your self the trouble and time, and just got in person or better yet got to a different location or better yet other place with a better costumer service and the right portions
