Delicious meal here but the place was not especially clean. There was no long line and it was not extra busy so I’m surprised that there was nobody cleaning out front of the counter. I found a clean spot and enjoyed my dinner (so thanks for that)

I thought ordering on the app was the problem since my orders were always terrible here, so today I decided to go in person and saw exactly why. I’m watching this person scrap the bottom of the rice for every rock hard piece stuck to the side instead of moving 10 feet to get more. Mind you it’s 7:30 PM and the place is NOT busy. I was annoyed enough, only to come home and realize they didn’t seal the side of hot sauce, now it’s just a horrible mess inside the bag. Never again, I’ll drive as far as needed to avoid this place.

I’m not sure why the food quality has gone down. But there’s got to be a way to get the Chipotle pepper seeds out of food you are serving. I understand wanting the flavor. But I had so many chipotle pepper seeds in my food it made it inedible. For every bite of food I was getting 5 or 6 seeds in each bite. Tried to pick them out but it was a complete hassle.

Do not order through the app at this location. They will rip you off. They only provide about half the ingredients you would get if you go through the normal line. I have one tiny pathetic piece of meat. No beans, and they ignore all your requests for extra anything. It’s either complete incompetency or they are intentionally trying to screw you over. Either way, you can get more for your money anywhere else.

Please beware I can also confirm the experience of others getting food poisoning from ordering at this store. Which I confirmed by running a little experiment since the last time I ordered there. I eat chipotle regularly and went to so many different branches over the space of 3 months. What do you know a couple days ago I went back to this store to try my luck. What do you know I got sick again. Please don’t buy food from here if you do it at your own risk their is something definitely wrong with the way they prepare/ handle the food.

Just cant do chipotle anymore tbh. I got the WORST serving of extra barbacoa i have ever gotten. 5.20 for it at that. Bowl rang up to almost 16 bucks sheesh. Im retiring from chipotle not gonna lie.

Never ordering from here again. I got bad food poisoning after eating their chicken burrito bowl. I believe the employees cross-contaminate the food and don’t keep a properly clean kitchen. I used to eat here all the time in high school and college, but not anymore. The staff are completely incompetent when it comes to cooking food thoroughly.

Never wrote a review for anything before, but the “food” I received was absolutely unacceptable so I feel obligated to let others know how poorly this establishment operates. I ordered a burrito bowl and burrito for delivery. When I had received the bowl, it was half empty. Maybe three-four pieces of chicken, barely any rice, and about four strands of lettuce. Absolutely baffled at how little of food there was. Are the people working there incapable of giving a correct portion size? On top of that the burrito was so thin it looked like a soft taco from Taco Bell. I also ordered extra corn and sour cream, and there was barely any. Complete joke of an establishment at this particular location. Learn how to do your jobs, and serve the correct portion size. It’s really simple actually.
