Whenever I come in to pick up an order already made online, I always experience rude employees. They act as if they don’t see you, hide the bags of ordered food behind the cashier so you have no choice but to ask for it. Then they look at you all crazy as if you aren’t a customer and they have a job to do as an employee, which is to provide service to the public. Get rid of rude staff, they make your establishment feel and look bad.

I like chipotle, but for some reason everytime I come here I wait a lot longer before someone comes to serve me and for some reason the attitude isn’t quite as good. Nothing wrong with the food, I still get served, but if I’m comparing to other chipotle’s I would say it’s a grade below on service.

We came here on Sunday morning, and there were no other customers in the store. The staff was attentive and helpful, and the place was kept mostly clean. There were plenty of parking spots nearby, so parking shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, it’s a nice Chipotle branch.

I really hate coming to this chipotle. I haven’t been here in a while so I figure since I was close by, I’ll just go. A heads up to everyone, they are very stingy. Half the people there seem very unhappy. I asked for extra rice, and recieved the same amount as regular rice, after seeing that, I asked again for extra rice and the dude decided to give me less than a half of scoop more seeming slightly annoyed. Only reason I came here is cause I didn’t want to detour to another one on my way home. My suggestion is if you have another chipotle to go to, don’t come this one because I for sure won’t be back

Establishment is clean and staff has always been helpful & polite. I come here perhaps 2-3 a month and my orders have been right on, a quick in & out in about 3 minutes after grabbing my drink! Ample parking & during lunch hours, M-F, it’s packed because of the Chick-fil-A right next door.

Never again! I used to be a big fan of Chipotle, but this has done it for me. I bought a burrito bowl and found a piece of pink string in it! It was the grossest thing ever! I called and spoke to the manager this morning and he said that he couldn’t do anything about it if I didn’t have a receipt. I bought the bowl last night, so I threw the receipt away. My main concern is health and safety, but I’m wondering why his main thought was on how not to give a refund? I’m really hoping that I don’t catch something from the nasty looking pink string. Further more, I’m concerned about people preparing food in an unsanitary manner.
