Food was decent. There were maybe 10 flavorless chips in the bag when I’m used to getting way more and more flavor at the one in Springfield VA. Decent service, no-person line at 1500, rushed for no reason. Good food of, will get takeout from here for sure but could work on service. About 21 for a steak bowl with those 10 chips and a drink. The lemonade does not get refilled often

The reason for the low rating is because every single time I’ve ever come around 9:30-45(they close at 11) all their food is packed away. They start cleaning almost 2 hours before closing time. Not only is it a money loss, it’s a patron loss. They look mad at life when i speak kindly with them, i get They want to go home, but you’re working. If you don’t want those hours, chose a different location or different hours. I ask for something and it looks like I’m inconveniencing them. It’s upsetting because i like This location aside from that. The food is good when it is in stock. But wow, this has happened on many occasions now.

It was getting late and my husband and I needed to grab a bite to eat. We did a search and discovered this Chipotle was still open. We arrived about an hour before closing. It was a huge disappointment from the moment we walked in the door but we were desperate for dinner. Everyone in the place was cleaning. There were already major items put away from the selection line up. There was soapy water ALL over the floor with no signs about caution from the slippery floor. The staff seemed very inconvenienced by our presence. There were no pleasantries at all. The quality of the food matched the lackluster atmosphere. Trash was overflowing from ALL the trash cans in the store. We weren’t even thanked for our business. We don’t live in this area, we were visiting but the next time we visit this city we most certainly won’t be returning here.

We were really looking forward to a nice quesadilla and burrito from Chipotle. I also dislike leaving bad reviews… but this is deserved. First of all when you walk into this Chipotle, it gives off straight prison vibes. The inside of this store was about as inviting as the employees working there…. It’s not. We ended up walking out mid order which I’ve never done because of the poor attitudes of the employees working. They were extremely out of it (maybe drugs)…. Anyways… this is why I’m giving it a 1 star and will not be returning to this location….

The sign says they close at 11pm and we confirmed that when we walked in at 10pm – a full hour before closing. We had to ask because they had already cleaned all the tables and put up the chairs and had signs up by the register that they were out of most food (including chicken and chips). I’ve never seen that when there was still an hour before close. Anyway, the food that was left was good and the folks behind the counter were nice but for us, coming off a late flight, wanting dinner, and ending up somewhere that was only half open, wasn’t a great experience.

Every single time that Ive come to this Chipotle Ive left with a negative experience. This last visit however will truly be my last and I have to say if you want Chipotle go to another one in Old Town or Crystal City. The people here have attitudes, they grudgingly do their jobs and thought I didn’t know Spanish because I am Afro Latino and started talking trash only to be surprised that I understood every word they said. I HAD to make sure I put in this review in because they are low key racist and miserable at their jobs and the restaurant is never stocked or clean .

Pick up order delays. Tables and floors are very dirty. Very unkind staffs. Waited over 25mins for my to go pick up order but nothing came out. No one helped me while I was asking three different people who work there. A lady told me to complain and cancel on the app and chipotle.com. I still ordered my food in person since I did not have time to go find somewhere else. I like chipotle food but this store suck. Very rude. Poorly managed.

I do vegi bowls. The guacamole is really good too. The chips are pretty good. I like a bit more salt and lime. The peppers and onions are usually translucent. The total place is kept very clean an the staff is very good. Stays open till eleven pm. But get the before 10.
