Food has been pretty good, but I got a watermelon limeade and it smelled fermented. I took a big sip before I managed to smell it, and it was fizzy (not normal for this drink) and tasted alcoholic. I assume it hasn’t been cleaned or replaced in a while for the drink to get like that. Now I’m experiencing severe nausea and vomiting.

Just got some food while waiting for my vehicle to get fixed at the Ford dealership. Long line…no problem I’m patient and have time. Need exact change or card to pay…no problem I can accommodate. Out of the meat I prefer…no problem I can try something new. What I don’t like is HAIR IN MY FOOD!! That is gross and disgusting!! My appetite is ruined. Also, don’t you EVER DARE as a customer ask for something as simple as napkins because you WILL get attitude from the employees. Wow! All napkins holders were empty for a while but how dare I ask for napkins!

I ordered at 4:20 for my food to get done by 5 and I didn’t get my order until 5:45. When I got my order there was barely any chicken in it. I had lettuce cheese and tomatoes, that was pretty much it. Didn’t even get a sorry or any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. I also only have 1 hour for my lunch so I had to rush to eat my food.

It’s a Chipotle, so you know what to expect food-wise. This review is about the bathrooms – they were really clean considering it was the weekend lunchtime rush, and this is the only place I’ve ever seen a baby changing table actually HAVE the disposable / sanitary lining to lay your baby down on. A+

Edited after giving them another chance. This time, the portions were great and no problem finding anything wrong with the meat. Service was good. The only negative this time was humidified chips which I don’t think I have ever experienced at a Chipotle before. We also had to swat away a fly the entire time we were there. The last time I went this was my review: I ordered barbacoa and found three bones and pulled out three clumps of fat. I didn’t get much to begin with so getting inedible things like that with how expensive it is, is not pleasant. I have eaten at a lot of different chipotle locations around the country but this experience won’t have me rushing to go back to this location

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. For some reason they feel the need to “ration” all their ingredients for some reason. Ridiculously small portion sizes compared to other locations. I got a “double meat” bowl which was barely half a scoop of each. Barely got a scoop of rice and when I asked for more he looked at me like I was insane. All three employees on the line were stingy with literally ALL the ingredients, pinch of cheese, pinch of lettuce, just frustrating paying $15 for a bowl and getting what I got. I’ve had Chipotle probably 100 times and this was by far my worst experience, wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy.

It’s very exciting when businesses invest in areas where there isn’t much around BUT very disappointing to have managers / leaders at your company ruin a customer’s experience. I’m normally a Qdoba chic but Chipotle is what we have so we go in for family dinner. It was flowing well until Jess (Manager on 7/20/2023 around 7:30pm EST) and assisted with the bowls without looking up and moving like Road Runner….during my inquiry of what salsas were mild Jess (still didn’t look up and still Road Runner) she dumped the first salsa I pointed to BUT if she would’ve looked up she would have noticed I asked about another and never agreed to a salsa yet. When I explained to her I hadn’t chosen anything she was very carefree and asked what to do remake the bowl I agreed. As Jess is making the new bowl she’s shaking her head looking very frustrated with attitude. I cancelled the bowl (2nd bowl thrown away due to Jess’s carelessness). I advised after still spending $60 bucks because my family ate there that Chipotle was new for us. The customer behind me also advised she was careless and moving too fast. After Jess had to toss the 2nd bowl she goes around the corner and we observed her gossiping to a coworker. WOW what leaders does this place have and they just joined the neighborhood. From seeing prior reviews seems employees / managers have a trend of being carefree. Well Chipotle I don’t think carefree is on the menu, please support our community with bringing positivity & people who are a bit passionate behind what they do. I can almost guarantee when the ChicFila opens across the street they will provide amazing experiences my pleasure style, so I think I’ll stick with eating more chicken there & hope for Qdoba.

Finally got a chance to eat at our new Chipotle last night. It was DEEELICIOUS!!!!!!!! Good job KG crew! When I lived elsewhere (awhile ago) I used to get Chipotle on a semi-regular basis. I’ve missed it as the Fredericksburg ones are in my normal routes of travel. Last night was one of the better tasting Burrito Bowls I’ve had at ANY Chipotle (I always get the same thing! ). So it’s a 100 percent recommendation from me to go there!
