Really dirty. 5 employees working. One employee went on break and just chilled in the filth. Took a pic of it. Place fairly empty Ordered a burrito and the girl didn’t know how to wrap it. I asked her to make it a bowl and she just dumped the half made burrito in a dish.

I honestly don’t expect good customer service from apathetic millennials. I don’t even expect them to put down their phone long enough to take my order. It is what it is. The problem with this location is the order is NEVER correct. Ever. We’ve ordered from here at least six times and something has been missing or incorrect every single time. I get that it’s a bunch of teenagers working for minimum wage – we’ve all been there – so I expect them to have terrible attitudes (they do). But, for the love of god, just get the freaking order right. Once. Just once.

The restaurant is SUPER dirty. The online ordering system wasn’t working, so I had to wait in line anyway. After waiting in line, the food was put together in a very sloppy way, and it wasn’t fresh. The staff was very rude and visibly overwhelmed. The whole experience was chaos and took half an hour when it should have been an easy pick-up. Never going again. They should pop over to Jimmy John’s next door and see how it’s done right.

For a change the gal who made our burritos took the extra 2 seconds to distribute the ingredients in a way that did not leave the meat on one end and everything else on the other – Bravo! The dining area and the bathroom were clean.

I was so disappointed yesterday. I hadn’t had Chipotle in a long time and so was excited to treat myself. I stopped at this restaurant and ordered a salad. First there was no lettuce so the girl had to go in the back to get it. Then the sour cream looked watered down. I got to the check out and the girl at the register didn’t even speak to me. She rang me up while she was talking to another worker who was apparently getting ready to go into the bathroom. The cashier said,” you going to the bathroom again? I know you ain’t “, while laughing. I got my food and receipt and said thank you to her. She never even replied or acknowledged me. I drove the 30 mins home and when I got home I looked at my receipt, only to notice she charged me for 2 chicken salad and a bag of chips!!! I paid $22 for my ONE sale and bag of chips!!! So disappointed. This isn’t the first time I have had a bad experience at THIS specific place, but I figured enough time had gone by that they had gotten new management or changed their staff but I see not. If you are visiting charlottesville and craving Chipotle, I’d advise you to drive further into town to the one on the corner or Barracks road. This Pantops Chipotle is pitiful.

So at 6.30, Chipotle app says this location is only accepting in person orders. Cool. I reach here at 7.25, and they changed their minds. “we are currently serving online orders only”. Pls order online and pls stand in this line. We’d serve your order. Really??? You order online, stand in line, and take longer than what it would take to simply serve offline. Get a lesson Chipotle. If you cannot run the location, just close it. Moe’s, are you reading all the feedback????

Confused chaos on my order pickup On a Tuesday evening at 6:00 p.m., online order only apparently is all they could handle. Front doors were locked with a NOTE saying no dining inside only online orders only being filled, wouldn’t have been that hard to just write on NOTE enter in side door for online order pickup.. order was ready 15 minutes after the pickup scheduled time… I get it that people are swamped and appreciate that my order is getting filled.. Maybe Chipotle needs to give the employees control of shutting down online ordering if they’re that busy.. I had other options but I felt like I was adding to there confusing by placing an order in the first place.
