I would have given them a 1 star, but the young lady that prepared my bowl was nice. The young lady fixed my bowl. I waited at the register for over 5 minutes. Finally I asked the young lady was someone going to ring me up. She came over and did it. I have no idea where the person was that was supposed to be on the register. I work with food myself, I wasn’t going to get anything once I saw that they were using plastic bags in the panda that was holding the food. I just hope and pray that I don’t get sick. If so they will be hearing from me. The hot food once cooked should be held at a temperature of 135 degrees or above so with that plastic I know it can’t be. I’m going to check it now to see if I’m going to eat it or not. So I’ve been home for about 10 minutes and I live 5 minutes away. So the temperature isn’t bad. I will just heat it up a little before eating it.

We needed a place to grab food along our drive. I decided to go with a familiar place to make it easier. I placed our to-go order through the app. I was happy to see that there was a progress tracker. Our food was ready before the promised time. Everything was prepared exactly as requested.

We arrived 45 minutes before closing and they were out of different salsas, guacamole, chips and napkins. The counters were a mess and all of the food bins were lined with plastic bags, warm food in plastic. Their excuse was it was the end of the night. If you are open until 10, then I should be able to come in and order food any time before that. But we were there 45 minutes before closing, no excuse for being out of food.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. If this was my first experience at a Chipotle restaurant I would never come back. The portions were half scoops at best even for rice. They tried to quarter scoop the chicken and I had to ask for it to be corrected. The restaurant was dirty, the soda machine was just running, and the condiment area was not stocked.

We were very disappointed in our visit here tonight. I wanted to try the new steak bowl, but they said they were out and weren’t planning to make anymore. My wife and I got the chicken bowl instead. They hardly put any chicken in the bowl. We asked for sour cream, and the girl dumped a ton of it all over our plates and spilled it on the counter. It was basically a sour cream bowl. They weren’t friendly either. Just pushing people through the line as fast as possible in a sloppy manner. Definitely not satisfied.

Went there tonight as always they are out of things! No chips tonight then I asked for honey vinaigrette ONCE AGAIN they gave me not even enough to cover a portion of my bowl. When you ask for more they say they are all out. I had a family member go in after me and place an order they gave them one and it was the same amount. Chips have also been stale on multiple occasions. One day I came in no one greeted me and I stood there at least 5 minutes while everyone walked around, talked amongst one another and cooked. Hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever gone to.

Went here tonight for dinner and the guy who was there he loaded my bowl up full and the only things I got extra was cheese and sour cream which is free , had lots of chicken and everything else I ordered as well , definitely was one of the best chipotle bowls I’ve ever had in awhile , and i still have a lot left over the next day for lunch.

My husband and I were traveling and needed a quick stop that we could sit down to eat as a break from driving. The dining was closed with online orders open so we ordered online with the idea we’d sit outside. I ordered a drink and they gave me an empty cup, my husband ordered a chicken burrito bowl and got 5 pieces of chicken. The bowls were dirty on the outside and had rice sticking on the bottom of our bowls and bags as well as sour cream. They had no forks, spoons or napkins. Worst chipotle experience ever. Additionally the bowls did not taste like our normal “chipotle standards”. Drive the extra 20 minutes for a better experience.

Came from kings dominion tired and super hungry. Was looking forward to eating at chipotle. We were helped after 10 minutes and there was no line but we weren’t getting service right away. The food was horrible. Everything was so dry and flavorless. The food was in plastic bags in the container, never seen that before, and very unhealthy. We will never go to this chipotle ever again. The workers were not clean and nor was the restaurant. If we weren’t that hungry, we would have left the restaurant right away. They were out of some of the ingredients and the other ones were just super dry. There were some flies flying around the place. When we were in the bathroom, the sink water was really hot and the sink water wouldn’t stop running which is a waste of water.

I made an order from the online app to pick up from the establishment at 7:11pm and was told it would be ready by 7:20pm. It wasn’t ready until 8:09pm. When I finally was able to get to the pick up window (they had locked all the doors to get inside and taped up a piece of paper written in scribbles “no staff, pick up orders available at drive through window”) I sat and waited for 5 minutes for someone to actually come to the window when I saw my food sitting on the counter ready to go. The employee asked me for my order name, then walked away for another 10 minutes until ANOTHER employee came and handed me my bag that I could see sitting the whole time. Simply ridiculous
