All lights around entire building just total blackness. U could b robbed and not know which way crook went. Inside very dirty floors, tables, food spillage all over counters, saw one lady use nasty cloth to wipe food spillage and continued to wipe other areas. Running out of food on menu. All trash cans filled to top everytime u go to one across from Target across street from former Cloverleaf mall now Kroger Center in Richmond, Va. On Midlothian Turnpike. Health inspection needed, again. Mgr man acting like woman. Drunk man always by door outside begging. Give him a job dumping trash, sweepn and mopping. Freezing vents overhead, can’t eat in back so cold. Dirty out front so imagine kitchen. Corporate office visits needed!!

The food is generally a lot for the price. The service is pretty good, but nothing exceptional. Depending on the time of day, it’s often crowded, but the line moves fast. The atmosphere is decent and it’s one of the only fast food and/or fast casual restaurants I’ll ever eat inside of.

Did an order online did not receive my full order then when I call nobody will pick up. This is unacceptable!! If I pay for something just like anybody else I expect to get what I paid for! Do better! Fix it! If 0 was an option that’s what the rating would be.

I just ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl from their Midlothian restaurant. The cashier was using her cellphone (texting) while ringing me up. Well, when I get home, there was no burrito, just the burrito bowl. I didn’t get charged for the burrito but if the cashier at the time (around 4:40p EDT 7/11/23) would have been paying the proper attention as a cashier, I would have got my burrito on top of the burrito bowl that I had ordered when I got home.

A big turn off and signal not to eat at a place that has filthy dirty glass/doors, floors, dining area, etc. How difficult is it to keep a place clean for the patrons who go there. SHAMEFUL.

Small portions yet charging full price. I’m not one to complain about their serving size but my rice wasn’t even a full scoop. With social anxiety if you don’t raise your voice to ask them to do it right then you’re just gonna leave short handed.
