I went to this location after a long day at work . Unfortunately I waited in line for 30 minutes they were out of black beans . Lettuce and chips. The manager had in her gloves touching her phone wiping her face and then touching the wraps . I informed her that this was so unsanitary and nasty. She continued to make the wraps.

Quit Rambling
Today i decided to drive to this location to eat today. While I’m in line the manager that was so sweet Told the workers that the white rice is no good. However the workers never made my bowl over . Get home and the rice wasn’t done. And I mean the rice was horrible. Looking at it and don’t even look like they tried to cook it .. I can’t believe. Who ever in the back cooking needs training ASAp. This is the fastest way to loose business

Food is good as expected from a franchise, however, your proportions vary person by person. The biggest issue I have is that they always decide to close hours earlier than displayed. 8:15pm on Thursday and they’re supposed to be open until 10pm. Instead lights are out and employees are hiding away. Whoever owns this one should swing by in the evening and consider modifying hours or staff.

I purchased a regular chicken bowl and they charged me for the new chicken which is .50 more and then of course they didn’t have any hard taco shells so I got the soft ones and the way they wrapped them is wow so not only was I not happy with the final product but also charged for the wrong product and that’s what me not go back because if you are overcharging me who else are you doing it to

My experience at this location was terrible. All the tables were dirty, everything was burnt or totally empty, the cashier charged us for the people behind us, and they had literally no soda. Employees were just standing around and when I asked if they were going to refill the sodas they looked at me like I was crazy and mumbled something then just ignored me entirely. Worst experience ever. Not worth $5 of my money and unfortunately I spent $35.

If you’re able to order in person, they get it right. Otherwise, they’re almost definitely going to screw something up or give you the wrong order altogether. The biggest problem here is the frequency with which they decide to take online orders only. Just fire everyone, tear the place down, rebuild, and try again. I’ll make burritos at home before going back.

The best thing here tonight was the young man, Jalen, on the line…food included. These 3 stars are because of him. His work ethic was great. My bland chicken wasn’t even hot anymore because I waited 15 mins for the 2 other employees on the line to finish preparing the to-go orders he’d started. The only reason I didn’t walk off is because I’d feel bad for the other 10 ppl behind me considering there was hardly any food left to begin with. Couldn’t even get napkins! Smh.
