Absolutely, the worst will not be back to this location, place an order online at 10: 28 pm. Would have been totally cool with the fact that they didn’t have queso or chips had they set a single word to me about half my order missing, just because I knew it was getting close to closing time. My order was missing sour cream, When I asked for extra, I asked for steak and I got a few pieces of steak with mostly burnt chicken. Once again no queso no chips. No response until I asked. They didn’t offer to refund what I had purchased. The place was dirty and the staff was not very friendly. One out of three people acknowledged my presence with one other customer and she was cleaning the floor, not the cashier/ person who was making food. She could see me standing at the register. Trying to get her attention to ask for the second part of my order. Very disappointed.

Sigh. I keep hoping that it will get better and it doesn’t. They haven’t gotten my mobile order right yet again. Ordered steak with brown rice and fajitas. Got chicken with white rice and no fajitas at all. Only go to this location if you can stand in line to watch them make it. The food tastes good. It is just not what I ordered.

Wayne was extremely helpful and accommodating! It’s very refreshing receiving great service nowadays especially with it being the end of the night. Very pleasantly surprised. I hope Wayne has an excellent day and he deserves a raise. Same for the gentlemen working with him who I did not catch a name for but he was younger with locs/twists and black frame glasses. Both were delightfully kind and helpful!

Tell the same Caucasian girl that is always the one making mobile orders at night to FILL THE BOWL UP PAST HALF WAY AND WITH THE ACTUAL AMOUNT OF INGREDIENTS. This is literally robbery for a basic bowl with 5-6 ingredients for 11$. My last time going. This is ridiculous.

Been to this location twice. Staff on both occasions were extremely unpleasant, different employees but somehow must have graduated from the same “f u customers” training class. The trash bins were overflowing. They were out of something on both occasions. This time it was the Chicken Al Pastor. I looked down and their food prep station was a mess. I left and didn’t order anything. Visit a different location if you value customer service and cleanliness.

Out of cheese, out of sour cream, out of white rice. Smallest scoop of guacamole I’ve ever gotten in my life! If the guac was free I’d understand but when I pay almost 3 dollars for it I expect more. Staff friendly tho

I ordered delivery from the chipotle app. My order did not include sour cream and even the sticker ON the lid didn’t list sour cream. My burrito bowl was SMOTHERED in it. I can’t eat dairy so I had to throw the whole thing away. My bowl was also cold in general and the chips I got were cold and stale.

I guess the only problem with this establishment is the online order system so just don’t do that. When I went I was greeted by a very nice smiling young lady who made my burrito very quickly and made a few jokes. There’s no problem with this place.

One of the Top 5 worst Chipotles in America. Every time I’ve been, they are out of something. It is truly unbelievable. Whether there’s a sign on the door or you walk up and see, “Welp, looks like they’re out of chicken at the moment. You have to wait 15 minutes to get it.” It never fails. Nothing against the employees making your food, but the management, inventory system or whatever is horrific. Go to another Chipotle.

I came in today around 3:30 pm. It was not busy and there was no cheese or lettuce. That’s not the first time they were not stocked because everytime I come and it happens to be after 7pm there is never any guac. I expect the basic things that I like to be available. Also the chips are extremely salty. This is the worst Chipotle. What happened!?
