Wow-let me start by saying I go to multiple chipotles all over Virginia, and I can now say this is the best one so far. Each staff member I came in contact with greeted me genuinely and warmly, immediately went to help me, and my order came out delicious and warm and so wholesome, and super speedily. Worst Chipotle location in the area. The workers never great you or help people in the order they come in. Restaurant is NASTY and you will always wait 15+ minutes for your online order. I’d avoid this location.
