After seeing the advertisement of the new Guajillo Steak, I had the bowl and it was decent. A bit salty for me, but I’m “salt sensitive” so take my opinion with a grain of salt (hahahahaha! ). Service was quick & friendly at this location and my side of guacamole was good.

Today was the last straw for me.. I usually come here 5-6 times a month because is close to my property. Portion sizes getting smaller with no explanations or even “this is the new”. Steak quesadilla did not come in its original box and steak bowl as light as a feather. Just make your own at home at this point. I feel bad for the people that work there because it seems that can’t keep employees and this place is always busy! But I promise to drive across town first from now on before even thinking about stopping here. Not sure what’s going on at there but I wish them the best!!

As much as I love chipotle, this location is beyond disgusting. Cigarette butts all over the seating area outside, and it smells like an ash tray. The quality of the food at this location was gross. Chipotle needs to put some effort into training and appreciating the people running the store so they know how to keep a clean environment and do their job with excellence.

Wouldn’t recommend. Second time I come here and they are out of something. Not a dependable place to eat if you ask me. Just finished my work out and was really looking forward to getting some food and they did not have any burrito wraps or bowls. How does that happen. Please help me understand. The other time I came in they didn’t have tops for the drinks and could only take online orders. Personally I would never come back because it’s very frustrating having to drive somewhere every time just to find out you can’t get food due to lacking in important inventory.

This was unequivocally the worst experience I have ever had at any Chipotle location. I arrived at approximately 7:40 pm only to be informed that they were only taking online orders. I proceeded to order online, and the estimated pick-up time was 10 minutes later at 7:50 pm. Most customers were ordering online and waiting for their orders, so the number of people being served would have been the same as if the system was up. I returned to the store at the specified time to collect my order, but it was not ready. There was only one person manning the counter, and he seemed to be the manager, but instead of making my order, he asked for my name. I waited for a few more minutes, and he went to find two more workers who came in from the front door. I wondered where these workers were all this while, and they should not have been taking breaks together and leaving only one person to handle the influx of orders. I overheard one of the workers tell another customer that they were an hour behind schedule because they were backed up. However, I saw them just outside, and they were not making orders. The worker who prepared my order forgot to include the $2.95 guacamole on my bowl, and I only noticed because I was watching her closely. If they managed their time better, she might not would have had to work faster and carelessly, The worst part of my experience was yet to come. I did not receive my order until 8:15 pm, and after taking a few bites of my food, I fell ill within minutes. The food made me so sick that I could not eat anything else for the rest of the night. I was nauseous and had to use the toilet repeatedly. This location is a complete mess, and I will not return unless they fire and retrain the entire staff. New management and employees are needed because the current ones are lazy, unhygienic, and careless. This complaint will also be forwarded to corporate.

Google and the Chipotle website said this location was open at 11 AM. By the time we went there at 12:45 PM they were not open but there were many people piling up outside who had placed mobile orders. The employees could see us waiting outside but no one came to let us know what was going on. So we were all waiting for 45 minutes until someone knocks and eventually a very disgruntled employee who I assume was the manager comes out and acts like we were all supposed to know what was going on. He said he was trying to get things situated and to wait 10 minutes. There we’re at least 10 employees in there. 30 minutes goes by he comes out only to inform us they were only doing mobile orders until 3 at least. The employee was so rude to everyone for no reason. All they had to do was make a sign and it would save everyone time and money. Instead the employee just wanted to be as rude and unhelpful as possible. Definitely avoid this location.

Every time my husband and I order from chipotle they get multiple parts of our order wrong. They forget parts of the bowl, they leave out the chips, or the drinks, etc. it’s so annoying. They mess up every single time.
