If you are a 100% vegan i wouldn’t recommend eating here. Last Sunday there was chicken in my burrito and my children’s kids meal mixed in with the sofritas plantbased protein. It is the risk you run eating at a non vegan restaurant and eating anywhere that isnt your kitchen. The plantbased protein is also place right next to the meat so it could easily be cross contaminated that way. Although, there were quite a few pieces of chicken mixed in with both of our servings almost as though it was prepared that way.

Food was fast and fresh… wished they had jalapeños. Employees were polite. Inside dining area needs some serious love. About 80% of the tables were dirty. Trash on the floor and all trash cans on the inside were filled to the top. I will not be dining in for a while until this is addressed.

Believe or not, never eaten at Chipotle before. Decided to give them a try since they are new to my neighborhood. 14 bucks for a fat, bland, fajita. Wasn’t impressed at all. Definitely not in my top ten. Not a chain I will visit again.

The food was good .The service was great. The entire lobby was filthy. Tables were dirty and trash was on the floor. I went to get napkins from beside the fountain machine everything was messy. There were two workers sitting there talking, maybe they were on break .I feel their break should’ve started after the lobby was clean since customers were still coming in.

BEWARE. Anytime an employee will knowing mischarge a customer..that’s a 1 star. So we’re in line and for some reason, the bowls started to pile up right before check out. We were all keeping on eye on our bowls, but this Latina female employee came to assist and just starting marking the tops of the bowls. These markings tell the cashier what to charge. The person’s bowl ahead of me was wrong and so was mine. The Latina employee didn’t think it would be caught. How unethical! So watch your bowls and make sure you are charged for what you receive.

The inside look like someone came in with a leaf blower and let loose. All the employees seemed lost but one lady, also the line was out the door. I came to get a quesadilla and they gave me a kids size and I questioned it and they said “Only way you can get a full size I would have to stand to the side and put a online order in due to high demand.” Worst Chipotle I ever been too.

I’d give it negative stars if I could. Didn’t even to get order my meal. Stood in line for 15 minutes and never moved. I’ve seen paint dry faster than the people working there. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that level of laziness, absolutely pathetic. Entire staff should be fired. Stay away

I came to the new location this evening and I absolutely butchered my order. Bit of a rough day. But the employees here are so kind and helpful. They were upfront about out of stock items which is appreciated!! Austin and I won’t be visiting any other location again! Thank you all for your wonderful service and patience!
