Extremely dirty. Not fit to serve food!!! Hand written list on the door of items they don’t have. Dirty parking lot. Trash covering the floor and tables. Food service line a complete mess. I walked out without even picking up my online order because I did not feel safe eating anything from this restaurant. About 40 minutes later I received a notification that my food was ready. Horrible experience with ordering from this location. I had placed a pick up order and when I arrived it wasn’t yet ready despite I was 20 minutes late. The girl working stated that I’d have to go online and request a refund for chips since they were out. No problem for me I think that’s understandable especially for a dinner rush.

Terrible experience on door dash order this evening. Messed up the ENTIRE order for my family. How do you mess up orders this bad when you have a very fixed menu. This is hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. It’s rarely open during the right hours, and typically it’s only online orders during lunch time. The past three times I’ve had to do online orders it’s been wrong all three times. It’s messy, it’s slow and management needs to be changed. Just bought a burrito and had to do it online and the tortilla shell was hard and flaky and that’s not the first time this has happened. They also put queso instead of cheese because apparently the cheese was out? The side of hot sauce lid wasn’t all the way on and spilled all over my food and soaked the bag. This place is a disaster and something needs to be done about it.

The food taste great, but I wish they were cleaner. Kinda feels gross having a piece of lettuce on the outside of my burrito sometimes. My biggest red flag I’ve seen was after one of the employees took out the trash, they didn’t wash their hands when they were doing someone else’s order afterwards… They did wore gloves, but that’s still nasty. No idea how I never got sick from this place. Also, not sure about the chips. Can I order chips? One employee says it’s for door dash orders only, but another one says I can. Don’t really care anymore. Some of the chips were really stale anyways. Overall, the burritos taste great, but everything else needs to improve.

Dont go to this location! We have had numerous issues and they dont care. Today i ordered lunch for 7 people that was to be picked up at 12:40. At 1:20pm it was still not ready. Our lunch ended at 1:30… Multiple items were missing from our order as well this week and last week. Poorly managed franchise.

Hygienic practices at this location are very poor. Noticed it more than one occasion. Most recent visit one of the representatives pulled up pants with the gloves and touched foot with the same gloves.

The four of us had lunch from here today. The two that had the new plant-based chorizo both suffered from “stomach issues” in the afternoon. I may return to this Chipotle, but I’ll never have this chorizo again.
