This chipotle chain was amazing!! I have a gluten allergy and they went the extra mile to clean the counter, change gloves, and change out all the serving spoons! The servers and staff all took the time and extra attention to assure I could eat safely. Thank you!!

If I could give this place no starts I would. I got a burrito double wrapped and the guy working didn’t want to spread the wraps he just put one wrap on top of the other which made a mess and then got an attitude threw it away and had someone else remake it. Next lady that came I guess was mad she had to make it and gave me as little food as possible I literally ate almost all rice barely got any meat at all. Then went back up to get a bag and got into it with the management because I made a face they told me don’t look at the employees like that, wouldn’t give me any names and completely disrespected my family I had 2 small children with me and I am also pregnant. So disappointed and very unprofessional the only person who was nice was the lady at the front register who came up and apologized which I’m thankful she was there because I was 5 seconds from going off. Only person that had some sense in there. Huge disappointment and won’t be back.

Terrible experience. Very disappointing to see my wife treated like she did something wrong asking for her order to be a certain way isn’t this MTO?? Very childish management yelling and beating on counter tops while just trying to have a conversation. This is where the customer is always WRONG smh. If I could give it zero stars I would. Plus I’m with Occupational safety and Health and the E.P.A this place was dirty and unacceptable.

The employees were nice, but the food wasn’t that good, the Pinto beans were so dried up, and the sour cream was like water, He put just a sprinkle of cheese because he was almost out & I guess it would have been too much trouble to fill the container up.
