They were out of any and all rice three hours before it was time to close. The girl behind the counter said “we’re out of rice so if you’re going to want that you should just leave.” It’s Chipotle…everyone is going to want that. Remind me again why zero stars is not an option?

We went out of our way to eat at a Chipotle after being on the road for many hours. We pulled in and… nope… 8 p.m. on a Saturday and their doors are locked. Employees inside talking and laughing took no notice. Ate a delicious meal at Jersey Mike’s right next door instead.

Driving through the area, stopped for lunch. Door locked with a handwritten sign on the door saying “DML online only sorry”. A customer waiting inside let us in and said, “you have to order online.” We assumed their POS system was down. We saw two workers behind the counter. Neither ever acknowledged a single customer to say hello, apologize, or explain what was happening. We ordered on our phones and waited quite awhile for our food. The entire restaurant was dirty with food on the tables and floor as well as napkins and straw papers. Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had! Management – I hope you can step in and educate your staff on how to manage issues like this when they arise. Doubt we’ll stop at this Chipotle again.

Painfully slow and dirty. Ordered online, waited 25 minutes for someone to come to the register after the same 2 employees walked by me several times each and wouldn’t make eye contact. Finally they said we don’t have an order for you. I showed them the order confirmation number with the store address. They just said sorry. The reviews are correct, don’t bother. Just move on to the next place.

This was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. We were passing through on 81 and made the poor decision to stop. First, the lobby was closed so we had to order online and pick up at the window. When our pickup time came, the app said our order had still just been received; however, since we were in a semi-rush to get back on the road we drove up to the window. There was one car in front of us. We waited… and waited… when we finally got our food it didn’t even taste good and had barely any of the toppings. Bad experience all around.
