Forgot how much I liked Chipotle- and this place definitely did nothing to remind me. Perhaps the worst in a long line of bad experiences. 8 of the 15 pieces of lettuce were wilted. There was no guacamole and they were almost out of everything.

The service lady at the check out wasn’t not being helpful to the team working. She showed up late and didn’t care about the 45min line of customers in the store. The other guys there that took our order we’re helpful but not that lady.

This location is the absolute worse!! They never have all of the ingredients!! And they obviously can’t comprehend an order. When you make an online order be prepared to receive something totally different than what you order. I ordered a burrito and I got a bowl. I ordered chips and queso and they gave me queso with no chips. The only way to get a decent order at this location is if you are there when the doors open…otherwise don’t waste your time.

It really depends on who you get to make the food and also who’s cooking the food. I love the ones who fill my bowl to the rim with exactly what I asked for then you have the hacklers who barley give you anything when you ask for more try and charge you extra for no reason. But other than that their food is pretty good just need a better dish washer bc sometimes you can taste the soap in the tomatoes and corn if they didn’t rinse it off good enough but overall I’m satisfied with their service.

My fiancé and I have been to this Chipotle several times hoping for better results, but they never really surpass the trip before. Almost every time we have gone, they have either been out of food (even things they’re advertising for you to try), the line has been closed and you must order online only, the food is very minimal even when asking for extra, and the sides that you pay for are barely filled. We love Chipotle, but this one is a little disappointing.

I love chipotle….saddens me to rate this location….First time at this location. Not greeted entering or exiting. 5-7 steak piece’s gritty & fatty, ordered queso but no queso and black spots on leafs. Had the craving…so disappointed. My regular location is danville va and thankful for this!

My husband and I love chipotle and eat here frequently. We are also really patient people, but this location has gone down hill in a major way the past few months. Ingredients are NOT fresh, they’re usually out of something, and guacamole is disgusting and brown. Even the “new” ones they grab from the fridge! Won’t be going here anymore after feeling like we’ve wasted so much money.

Came in at 10:15 45 mins before closing. Was forced to order through the app very rudely when they had food available. If you can’t walk in and get your food to go after 10 and have to order online after 10 then this should be displayed on the website.
