I initially left a 1 star because they royally skimped on my husband and I (as seen in photo attached) after spending $30+. However, the last 2 times I returned to Chipotle I’ve been pleasantly surprised that the portions have went back to normal after over a month of skimpy bowls. I don’t know if you guys managed to actually get some competent workers in there that know how to put food in a bowl, but I’m proud of you guys! However the last 2 times I was in there, they’ve forgotten my tortillas on the side. The first time they forgot all 4 of my tortillas but I caught onto this before we left so my husband ran back in and a worker gave us them. But last time we picked up our food we only received 3 out of 4 of the side tortillas we ordered and we couldn’t count them out because they were all stuffed into 1 single foil and were boiling hot. I tried the Pepper assistant to get a refund on my tortilla but it isn’t capable of helping me with that issue. I was going to walk in today and ask for a free tortilla as compensation but frankly they’ve been sold out of tortillas for the last two days… oh well… not a big deal, but I wish you guys could take 30 seconds to count the items in the bag to make sure that people are getting what they’re paying for, especially since the Pepper assistant is useless lol. But again, the portions are finally back to normal and the bowls are back to being full to the brim! Good job! Now just try to remember the sides from now on

This is my favorite place to dine, keto version! I absolutely love their salads. I always ask for extra lettuce that it seems like they’re still not enough for me lol. Today I got the steak salad minus rice and beans and no vinaigrette dressing. If you get salsa there’s no need for that. My daughter got a pulled pork taco that was delicious by her words. They always have speedy and friendly service. We dined outside today on their patio which was a nice change.

Although they were still open, they were cleaning up for closing. We had to wait for the line to be put back together to order. Which would have been fine if the employee had given a friendly “I’ll be right with you in a moment “ but I do not recall him saying anything. Also once the line was back in place , one worker was trying to do it all because the other workers were sweeping. It’s fine to clean if it’s slow, but when there are costumers, put down the broom and wait on them! I have many year’s experience working in retail. I know it’s not always fun, but if you’re didn’t provide good service I would have heard about it! This was horrible costumer service. But this is a college town. My sons tell me how the service is usually bad. Sometimes outright rude.

We ate a late lunch outside , and the patio was so dirty. There was trash from days before, it wasn’t even busy at 230 pm and the trash can outside was overflowing. I’m not coming back .Disgusting!
