The inside of the restaurant is nasty and unclean. In the kitchen area it was trash and food particles on the floor. The counter tops in the kitchen was nasty and had leftover food all over. It’s a yellow stain on the wall in the back of the kitchen. Also smeared food on the wall near the trash can. The food looked dry. The area where they make your food is nasty. While I was there nobody was actively cleaning up, everyone standing around. The food was dry and nasty. I would not recommend eating here

I have always enjoyed Chipotle, but this location was especially good. The restaurant was clean and the staff was all very helpful. The sweet tea was recommended when I went in and it didn’t disappoint. The food was as good as I expected. I would definitely recommend this location.

Love the Bowl. You have chicken or beef, and then you add your rice. My toppings were corn, pinto beans, tomatoes like salsa, sour cream, and cheese. I can’t eat the whole bowl. I half it with my husband. Price isn’t that bad, considering you can’t eat it all at one sitting. If you don’t want a bowl, you can put it in a burrito. It’s not too spicy but has a kick. It’s one of my favorite places once a week.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I absolutely would. Be prepared for an obnoxiously long wait inside of the restaurant and via the Chipotle Lane and extremely slow snail-like paced service. The food is lackluster and the meat is often overcooked and dry. There are also flys that buzz around the restaurant and land on customers food.

1st visit and we were excited since this new location is closer to our home, we were completely disappointed. The staff is not friendly or even polite and the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing so to speak. The food was gross. Chicken was completely burnt, wrap was like rubber, beans were hard, rice was under cooked and crunchy, quac had no flavor, the drinks were all over carbonated, and the chips were extremely salty. We got ours to go and it went right in the trash, worst food ive had in a while. The restaurant itself was nasty. The drink station needed attention badly, the trash was over flowing. Needless to say, we will not be back to this location.

I’ve eaten at this location about 2x weekly since it opened. I have no complaints about my pick up order and my rice is never undercooked. Sometimes there’s a wait; but that’s with all chipotle’s. Best location in Winston compared to the other two. I hope the quality stays consistent.

This location has zero common sense when it comes to running the line. They have 6-7 people working but only 1 person making the food. The cashier oftentimes sits there while the line becomes 15-20 people deep. The other people don’t jump on the line momentarily to provide support, they just walk by and pretend it doesn’t exist. Horrible service all around.

Workers are careless. Throwing different/random portions, not even looking at the food while placing it in bowl. Flies everywhere, toppings were not in the containers where you can see it but in the back and had to verbally let them know what you wanted.

Not worth it at all! Baby portion on the meat for the price of bowl! Drink area is nasty and needs to be cleaned. Staff are lost on how to do the job! Line move very slow cause they to focus on making sure they give you a lil bit of food! Want be returning at all!
