This location was super busy around 2-230pm when I showed up. Only 2 people running the make table and register, and still one of the best services I have had from the franchise. The portions were great and the food always has a great taste. The woman on make table was even restocking and filling the hot table with water and food while serving the customers. They were definitely understaffed but they would never know it. Overall a great experience and if I’m in the area, I will definitely make a stop here again.

Tasty food and fair/good portions are always given. Never had a bad experience here and I recommend ordering online if you want to skip the line. Food is always fresh and the staff are always friendly. Free parking and they even have outside tables for those who prefer to eat outside of the restaurant.

I can not stand this Chipotle. Their prices are higher than the other Chipotles I have been too and they give less food. When I requested to put the amount that is supposed to go on my taco’s and on my bowl they want to upcharge. There was more liquid on my taco than meat. Then I asked for some of my toppings on the side and they said they would have to charge. How can you do that when on the app you can request your toppings on the side for no charge? They are ridiculous and I left the food right there. No other Chipotle does this but them. And it’s because the next closest one is in Greensboro and they are near Elon college and so they charge high prices. I would rather travel a little further than to spend extra money for something I am already paying for. Rip off location!

This location needs major work from staff and operational oversight. Wait time will always be 20 minutes minimum regardless of if you order online or in person. Food far as taste and freshness is good, however employees are skimpy with the servings. I requested extra steak for my bowl which resulted in a $5.00 upcharge fee for a few extra bite sized pieces of meat. I also wanted a large bag of chips with my order and received a regular size. The checkout process each visit is always a hassle.

Food is good. Staff is horrible and slow. They are selling drinks with a broken drink machine and only water in the fridge behind the register.The broken drink machine sign should be located near the register. The young lady got an attitude when I was not aware that the machine broken. Overall, the food is fresh and good. The staff needs a little pep in their step.

The food is the food, my issue is mainly with the service. The staff is acting as if the food is personally theirs. The dressing isn’t coming out of your check. I asked for salad dressing as I’ve always placed it on whatever I order. I was told I can only have dressing if I have a salad. Then I ordered a salad the next time and they say I can only have one.

Terrible experience here. Staff is very unprofessional especially the black lady with dreads and big chunky white man that work on the line. Both were obviously having an issue with another coworker and decided to take that out on him in front of customers. they weren’t attentive to my needs because they were too occupied with worrying about who’s getting charged for what. Black lady was rude and needs to work on her attitude. I will never come back to this disgraceful establishment. Y’all better check y’all attitudes before y’all come to work OR find another job.

Just attempted to get tacos at Chipotle. When I ordered, the person asked me how many tacos and I replied I wanted one “order” of tacos. In the past, that meant 3 tacos. The person taking the order said it is 2 tacos but I could add more if wanted ( I assume for more money). I asked her how they were priced, and she just looked at me like I had 3 heads and was clueless about answering my question. I gave up and just said I would take one “order” and she proceeded to begin making 2 soft tacos. To say the amount of carnitas (pork) she put on the tacos was small would be an understatement – it was much less than a teaspoon of carnitas on each. I wish I had taken a picture, as it was that ridiculous. She then moved the 2 tacos down the line, where they sat for about 10 minutes while other employees behind the counter stood around waiting to stage mobile orders. The person who took my order then started to argue with the other employees about why nobody was working the toppings area of the line, at which point I had seen enough and told the employees “you eat the tacos, I’m out of here”. What a dysfunctional business location. Would not recommend this location to others.

Terrible location. Got here to pick up some grub around 9pm on a Tuesday night, bit of a long wait, no problem. The server finished with the people in front of me and decided to clean for a full 2 minutes. Okay you gotta clean your station- again no problem. But how about a little courtesy- I’ll be right with you sir, sorry for the wait, how can I help you? Nothing!! Just standing there with his stupid nose ring. Once he finished cleaning, he just looks up at me without uttering one word , waiting for me to place my order. I’ve been wanting to try the new chicken al pastor , which I noticed the container was pretty much empty. I asked about it and nose ring rude boi tells me they’re out. But I also saw the cook behind was grilling some fresh ones and he had just finished with them and loaded up another container. So what was that for? refrigeration and using them the next day? I don’t understand why have a new menu item but stop serving it a full hour and half before closing time?!! So I just got the steak burrito instead. He added very little steak at first, i asked for bit more, which I understood there would be a up-charge. But still for the total to come to $16 for one burrito, no drinks, no sides, just one little extra serving of steak is insane. Terrible overall. But the server was single-handedly the most individual customer service experience I’ve experienced in a very long time. Hope management sees this and hires ppl with outstanding customer service skills because it’s really in the gutter these days at most places. Food tasted good but everything else sucked. Gonna stick with California burritos from here on out.
