Placed online order at 4:00 to pick up ay 7:00 and an hour later no food, no employees, and tons of customers waiting on their food. The worst part is there is no one around to get my money back! Avoid this location at all cost, there are other restaurants just as convenient.

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for a while and it has never been worse in terms of food order accuracy, waiting time, store cleanliness, and general service of staff. What is up? Get your act together b/c I won’t be back for a while. I’ll try another location before this one again! This particular visit they didn’t have the feature Al Pastor chicken. Also a sign on the glass in ordering line, not the door, stated out of chicken and lettuce. What? Well fix more b/c I think they had it but just don’t prep enough! Also why wasn’t this sign on the entry door of restaurant so you can make a decision then vs waiting in line!!! By the way the floor was filthy here too. I mean like you notice it filthy not just a little. There is a new location opening on Battleground and I do hope they have their stuff together so I can NEVER return to this location. AVOID this location!!

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location, but the last three times I’ve been here there are not enough staff members tending the line, only one person prepping the food and then having to also ring it up while the other line members are in the back. You can sense the tension between the employees. Also people waiting in long line for fresh food to be replenished.

I only give this rating based on the decision of corporate to locate this restaurant in this physical location. They certainly did not complete sufficient market studies of that zip code. I stood in line for about 20 minutes after driving back and forth waiting for a parking spot only to find out that the restaurant had run out of a popular topping. Can’t say anything about the food because I left.

Open at 10:45am, Truth is from the door. The smell of garbage was strong. The serving counter (glass top) has two inches of dust. I should have turned around to leave. Given the benefit of doubt, my first time visiting, I thought, try it. The burrito looked like a bowling ball, I requested a double wrap-up, not pleasant to look at COST $31.44 for two burritos. Not good.

The food was cool. We waited a while to place our order. The staff wasn’t pleasant. I went to wash my hands. And the bathroom was definitely a no-fly zone. A previous patron violated the bathroom. It was poop, on the toilet, and in the toilet. And it looked to be ✋️ stopped up. When I went back out to the register to tell the young lady. She looked at me like me like I had five heads. And, I had a fire tongue . We spend money at these restaurants. At least give us clean facilities. The employees get paid, but they dont like to work. I own a business. This wouldn’t fly. ✌️Peace two fingers.

Our last time in this restaurant RUINED it for us….. probably forever. The manager and other girl helping were so rude. They gave us and the customer behind us a little more than 1/2 of the serving you’re supposed to get. When we order toppings , we get them on the side because it’s a 40 minute drive home. You cannot re-heat your food with the cold toppings on it. The sour cream would be gross and possibly curdle. The cheese actually does not re-heat well unless it’s mixed in. If its not mixed in, becomes hard and will not mix into the food. It has to be pulled off and discarded. So you would either have to eat microwaved sour cream and lettuce, receive no toppings at all, or pay an extra $10 (for 2 bowls) to eat the meal the way it was intended and marketed. This has NEVER been an issue. We were charged $1.55 for each TOPPING as a SIDE ITEM!!!!!! A ramekin DOES NOT cost $1.55….. especially when bulk ordered by a restaurant. We emailed the corporate office. We was told, “We will let the location know. Thanks for your feedback.” That is unacceptable. We were very overcharged for a little more than half the food we were supposed to get. My wife is currently in OUR KITCHEN making chipotle for us. They pretty much lost very loyal customers.

Had a reward for free queso and couldn’t use it online or in the store. Customer service said it was used… By who?? I never had that opportunity. Think they replaced it, NOPE! Order was 16 minutes late one time, the order was horribly wrong and cold. COMPLAINED ONLINE and no response. Called, and they offered me two BOGOs for a $62 order that was TRASH and cold. Online ordering here is a grave mistake and customer service really could care less…
