Awful attitudes of employees. When asking what we wanted, they acted like it was an inconvenience to fix our food. My friend asked for more sour cream and he slapped it on like he was pissed!! When we said “thank you” there was no replying, no smiles or anything. Everyone there was rude! I told them all “Smile” you guys look miserable!!! We will never go back again!!!

First time dining at this location and will probably not be back. I was the only customer in the establishment around 7pm on a Tuesday evening and for some reason it took a long time for anyone to come and take my order. That was slightly frustrating but would’ve been alright if the food was good. My entire meal (burrito bowl with chicken, brown rice, & corn with chips and queso on the side) was super salty. So salty I couldn’t finish it. I get Chipotle at least once a week at other locations and I’ve never experienced salty food before. Since customer service wasn’t great while placing my order, I saw no point in letting the staff know. I just threw it away and walked out.

I ordered a bowl with 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak and white rice. As you can see in the picture, this is what was delivered to me via doordash. This location always messes up my order repeatedly. I will never again order from this location and I advise everyone to stay clear!

Grabbed some lunch after work while on the way out of Greensboro. This place was okay. Kind of a somewhat empty vibe inside, and was a little while before anyone acknowledged us. I didn’t mind since I placed a mobile order to-go anyways. There is plenty of seating if you decide to stay and our food tasted good.

On a finer scale, I would probably give this location a 4.5 rating. The food and service were fantastic! The only feedback that I would offer is that the preparation area was a bit cluttered and dirty. Having said that, we did arrive at the busiest time, the staff was very attentive to (US) and they were just super nice. Thank you for a great meal!

I always go to this chipotle even though it’s a little further away but every time I go the portions get smaller and smaller and smaller. This time I went and asked for double chicken it clearly wasn’t.. some of the employees that are upfront are not very welcoming. I can lift my bowl with the tortilla I got and it feels extremely lightweight. For what they charge this wasn’t acceptable.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, supposed to be open at 10:45am.. sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes and waited, staff inside just sat around and walked by without acknowledgement or unlocking the doors. Not to mention they never give decently sized portions.

“Brandon” or whatever his name was, tall guy with the long dreads, stingiest mf ever with the food. Couldn’t even give a half scoop of anything. ridiculous. If im spending 15$ per bowl the least you could do is give me a full scoop and not make a nasty face when i ask for more. Please go get a job that doesn’t require good customer service. Get chipotle at another location, the food here wasn’t that good.
