Ordered online through the Chipotle app. When I got home my order did not have any guacamole that I paid $2.70 for, not even a tiny dollop. I also paid $2.70 for queso and there was hardly any queso to be found. Additionally, I asked for regular/normal amount of the red hot salsa, and they completely drenched my whole bowl. It looked like soup when I opened my bowl, this is not an exaggeration. Not to mention I didn’t receive the fajita veggies I asked for. I requested extra rice and they instead gave me light/less rice than even the normal potion of rice is. Finally, the black beans that I ordered a normal amount of were few and far between. There was no more than 20 singular black beans in my whole bowl. I did not order close to closing, they were still open for 3 hours from when I picked up my order.

Placed a catering order over the weekend, saw the confirmation on my computer but it wasn’t until I was going to pick it up, I realized I never received an email confirmation. When I arrived the manager was awesome. He and the staff were so helpful in figuring out what went wrong and were able to get it prepared for us in 30 minutes. Crisis averted and everyone at the party enjoyed the food!

Steak bowl with guacamole. No drinks no chips. $15. Admittedly, the price affects my review. The food is pretty good, probably similar to past experiences. But I was coming here for a quick and lost cost lunch option but was surprised. I’m pretty sure this was around $10 in the not too distant past. I can sit and eat at a real restaurant for less or equal amount that simply provides better.

I love chipotle and have eaten them everywhere. This restaurant just was off. The chips were stale and the replacement chips were also stale, service was that of fast food (aka: McDonald’s) and it just didn’t seem like employees wanted to be there. Food wasn’t fresh, tables were dirty. Ate there at 1pm on a Thursday

So, I go to order a veggie bowl and this chipotle doesn’t have guacamole and fajita veggies available initially. It is 7.55 pm and they close at 10 pm and its friday night. I then ask to add queso as an alternate as they don’t have the two main ingredients in a veggie bowl. The service person conveniently denied it and said it would be extra charge. What kind of horrible chipotle is this? Two hours before closing they first don’t have ingredients in stock and next they try to rip you off when you ask for alternate. The food which they had available also was stale and dry. There were 5 to 6 folks standing around and doing nothing. They definitely are not a good store to go to.

Twice I have visited this location and by the time I make it to my car, the bottom of the bag is completely soaked and falling apart because the lid was so carelessly placed on the bowl. Hands covered in sauce, jeans covered in sauce, car seat covered in sauce. I’ve worked in service jobs and I know they suck – I don’t care if you smile at me or make small talk. But dannnnnnngggggg homie- just two more seconds needed to prevent this- I’m sure you get paid enough to not let this happen more than once at the very least. I wish you the best of luck in your future career endeavors that do not involve customer service 🙂
