First-time customer of any Chipotle. Burrito was excellent. Do NOT order the queso dip. Disgusting. Chips great. The tables were nasty, nasty. Not my cup of tea. Fast food atmosphere. The staff was great. Authentic Mexican is my thing but if you are a TexMex lover this would be your go-to place. I prefer to be waited on by a server who has wiped down the tables well before I’m seated. Won’t be going back. My suggestion would be to order the food to go. Your car would at least have your germs inside.

My boyfriend and I got dinner from the chipotle in apex. When we got there, there was no meat or rice left and when I asked for brown rice the employees supplemented my bowl with white rice without my consent. I let this pass, but when my boyfriend asked for steak, they proceeded to make us wait so they could unwrap a container of steak that had been sitting in the counter and wait for an employee to come and chop it up. He asked for double steak, but the employee him barely one serving. The customer service was terrible, the rice was insanely gummy in texture and the portions were not worth the money we spent.

THIS IS THE WORST CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. They are the most rude customer service and are very lazy. Every time they make the food, it gets smaller and less quality. I am not sure how the other chipotles are but this one is horrible. I do not recommend this to anybody. This there version of a cheese quesadilla.

Terrible service altogether. The quantities are minimal. ie. A serving of beans is barely half the bowl and you have to remind them to provide adequate food with each ingredient. Things like rice are rationed because they don’t want to make more or have to deal with excess. On my last visit, the employee told me they stopped making rice and gave me maybe 4 tablespoons worth of rice between a bowl and a burrito. I had maybe 5 people behind me and this was well before closing. Employees are rude and dismissive which is rare for a chipotle. I won’t be returning here and instead will go to the Cary branch some 5 minutes further away. Would rather drive more and get better service than what it is they offer here.

I was is chipotle the other day and the young girl at the front was very kind, i didn’t catch her name but she was lovely, however I would like to comment on one specific manager who’s name i did catch, Justin i heard making discriminating comments to his employees, talking about editing employees hours illegally and honest over all he had very poor management and customer service skills. You cannot treat young kind people like that and chipotle needs to look in on who they make leadership for these young impressionable adults.

The employees seemed either overwhelmed or inattentive. My order was online and it didn’t have my name on it. I stood around for about ten minutes with no one asking if they could help. Finally went back through the bags on the pickup shelf and compared the order numbers to realize my order was sitting there. Food was okay but obviously not hot anymore.

I don’t complain about the price but do expect a reasonable amount of food. Wife stopped by to pickup our takeout dinner. Both our bowls were so light. Very little chicken. Very little rice, veggies, corn which is all I get in mine. Disappointed.
