Worst Customer service!! I stood at the counter for several minutes while the employee talked to the young lady behind me that showed up way after me. Talking about her braids in her hair. When I asked was she going to take my order she proceeded to tell me they were out of lettuce, guacamole, queso, fresh veggies and corn. This chipotle is always out of not 1 but multiple items and the place was dirty tonight. For what you pay to eat there they should have the food. I have complained and contacted corporate and it’s just a thank you email you receive and sorry for your issue. Whoever is the manager needs to be fired for hiring such employees.I do not recommend eating at this chipotle EVER!

Went here Tuesday 8/1 for dinner- was rushed through the entire line (“you can keep going”) and yet bowl was in correct no corn and minimal topping. Then at the register got rushed yet again- had to stop the worker to inform her of a free guac reward and the. Again stop transaction to use GC. I was the only person in the line getting food- felt rushed, order was incorrect and left unhappy.

This restaurant can never gets it right. If I order online and get a pick up time, I should NOT have to wait 30 minutes while others pick up there food AND be treated as if nobody cared… I never spend less than $50 per visit, we won’t be going back.

Too bad I didn’t actually get to eat here. They just opened their doors, I walk in and am ready to order only for a employee to snap “online orders only” at me. I was caught off guard. Then she said it again but with an attitude. I’ve never heard of “only accepting online orders”. I’ve never had Chipotle before, but this was a definite sign that I’m not missing much.

Arrived at 10:45 and the store still isn’t open at 11:10. Someone finally came out after we waited 25 minutes an informed us that it would be another 20-25 minutes until they were open.

Yes, you have a note on the door saying you’re out of: sour cream, pinto beans, black beans, mild salsa, etc, but the NICE thing would be to allow your customers to add guacamole on for FREE since you’ve literally been running out of practically everything else someone puts on a burrito since Wed night (it’s now Sunday night). Who the hell does your ordering???? I politely asked for comped guacamole and was given so much attitude (which apparently you give THAT for free). Then you skimped on the only other ingredients I could put on it. Will never be back to this awful location.

Horrible service by a Caucasian young guy that I’m guessing is the cook at Berkeley chipotle, rude attitude about not having any more rice? And wouldn’t make more because it was 10:15?! , hours says they close at 11. But I was buying 10 bowls and still WOULD NOT make more rice. The black guy that was taking orders was polite. But not the cook.
