The worst Chipotle I’ve walked into. As soon as we walked in, we noticed the entire dining space was a disaster. Dirty tables, chairs out of place, just disgusting. The service was even worse. We had to repeat our order multiple times due to distracted employees that were more focused on their own conversations and making googley eyes at one another. Not to mention they only had one employee making the bowls, while 3 others were just standing around watching – including the manager. Oh! And they were out of fajita veggies, multiple protein options, pico, lettuce, and chips. An absolutely terrible experience.

Received our order tonight and it was terrible. Sad bowls with barely any chicken, stale chips that should have been thrown out and replaced with new chips for the evening orders. We will not be ordering from this location any more. After seeing the reviews it is so sad that management of this restaurant has not stepped it up. Should have checked the reviews before ordering rather than after. Shame on me. We love the Cary Kildaire location and will need to make the trek there to enjoy the great meal that we expect from Chipotle.

I hate to have to leave this review but I picked up my online order and was very disappointed to find I had been given a half of the chicken burrito I ordered. It is legitimately half of the length of a standard burrito. I’m shocked that one of the employees put this in the order bag and thought that was acceptable to serve to a customer. The rest of our order was cold and did not seem fresh either. Unfortunately this place seems to really be struggling and we probably won’t be back.

I arrived with 7 in front of me and despite one working to go orders, one doing our orders, and one at the cashier – they kept everything moving! Chef was grilling and chopping and it’s a fun to see everything made vs being hidden. They refreshed the chicken right before I ordered and it was hot and perfect! Staff is friendly. This place is always dirty and gross and the staff always seems miserable as hell and poorly trained. Just demonstrates the importance of decent management, or the lack thereof in this case…it’s a shame because chipolte is usually pretty decent and i was hapoy when they built one in holly springs. Hope they can hire some competent managers and turn it around.

Walked in at 10pm today, 7/6/23, with my girlfriend for a burrito bowl to share. Immediately we were greeted with the chairs up, someone mopping, and the staff putting everything away. For context, this chipotle location closes at 11pm daily. Once we started building our bowl, we got to the protein section and realized that the sofritas (the tofu and chipotle mix) was dry and crusted. It looked hard as a brick. This has happened the last 3 times we have come to this location. We asked if they had any fresh, they said they were completely out. At that point, we wanted to turn around and go home. However, we did not want to waste their time and we felt pressured to keep the bowl and not waste the beans and rice in it. After everything is said and done, we get home and the whole bowl is cold. Like dead cold. It is a 7 minute drive from my house to this chipotle, it most definitely should not be cold by the time we get home. That means it was already cold by the time we had got to the restaurant.
