Big chipotle fan but the franchise owner must’ve hired some interesting people. I’ve been measuring the amount of toppings they give (b/c macro tracking), and it’s wildly inconsistent. I frequently order double steak and get less than half of a serving I’d get at other locations (see attached picture – this was supposedly $14 worth of steak). I would recommend taking the extra few minutes to go to the Roxboro st location as this happens quite a lot here.

First of all, these people can’t cook rice to save their lives. Second this was my free entree vs my burrito I paid for. Quite messed up if I do say so. It’s my chicken burrito is ever nearly as big as the veggie burrito, this is laughable. Mind you there’s an entire burrito tortilla in here.

Order the quesadilla with fajitas and rice drive 20min just to come to this location. Ordered in the app. Got home to no rice whatsoever. How disappointing!!!! When through the app to request a refund or free entrée just for pepper the automatic messenger to credit me a free drink … like WHAT??? didn’t even order a drink . Drive 20min back to restaurant just for the dude to give me 1/2 scoop of rice , didn’t even offer to remake the entire $11 entrée.

I ordered a burrito bowl online and they completely messed up my order. The chips were burnt, the queso wasn’t fresh, and my bowl was missing the rice that I ordered. The staff was standing around chatting when I came to pick it up and only one person was handing out the orders. I would say she was the only good thing to my experience here. Overall, I will be taking my business to another Chipotle.

This location needs some work. Fajitas were over cooked and looked like they had been sitting for a while. The cashier got annoyed because I didn’t tell him ahead of time that I had a free entree, which I’ve never had to do before. The woman working the line wasn’t unfriendly, but definitely not friendly. Terrible at wrapping my burrito and left it half unwrapped by the foil. No sign of any management and no garbages out front or inside other than at the napkin station. Good music selection, but it was extremely loud.

When they say you need to slow down and serve your customer right in front of you. They didn’t have certain items on the bar. No sauces at all… Everything was rushed. Was not pleased at all . Moe’s is definitely better at this.

Only gave a 3 bc the food was good. Service was OK. Dirty tables, trash over flowing, the condiment/ Napkins were empty, and to top it all off the staff was having a loud party in the kitchen. IF there was a Mgr. there they have NO MANAGEMENT. BEST of all the young man in the kitchen dropped the F bomb loud enough for me to hear him. Good luck!

Stay Away from this place! I gave them 3 chances to make it good but customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen in a Chipotle in the US ladies are always in a BIG HUGE HURRY to serve you even if the place is empty they don’t give you a second to choose. I asked very kind for a little bit less rice in my bowl order and she didn’t like it and when I after asked for sour cream she put a HUGE SPOON OF SOUR CREAM all over my food and a BIG MASS OF AVOCADO on the top when I asked for it SO RUDE!. It was obvious that was intentionally to ruin my food just because I kindly asked not too much rice! AWFUL SERVICE! If you don’t wanna work just quit your job and find something else but don’t ruin other people’s day with your miserable attitude! I WILL NEVER NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE IN MY LIFE! PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Not sure if tonight was a fluke or there’s been a steep drop off in quality at this location. Ordered carry out, my wife picked it up. Nothing received was as ordered. Both quesadillas for the kids were unmelted shredded cheese with a tortilla folded around it like a junior high school note. The burrito I ordered was supposed to have had almost everything on it. What was received was a tortilla log of meat, with a spoonful of beans and exactly three shreds of cheese, the burrito bowl for my wife was a master work of a disaster, and mostly inedible. The few bites she took made her sick to her stomach. Thank goodness we did not feed any of the food to the kids because after trying to mask the disappointment of that burrito with hot sauce I myself am feeling ill as well. It has been a while since we ordered chipotle but every time in the past it’s been on point. After tonight’s clown fiesta though the odds of going back to this location are a firm zero.
