I have been here 3 times and every time I come and try to give them another chance they fail badly. For one every time I went here the white rice was not done. You all should taste what you are putting out before customers try it? I have worked at Chipotle before and I know that you suppose to taste test the chips after tossing it around with the seasonings, but perhaps you should taste test the rice too. For two there was a woman in there rushing and not paying attention and completely wrapped my burrito so poorly everything fell out when I unravelled the aluminum foil. I’ll stick to the one in Wilson.

The line moved fairly fast. The steak bowl I ordered was good. I ordered chips and queso. My chips were stale, I had to ask for new ones. I recommend checking your chips before leaving. The cashier kindly replaced them no problem. Otherwise everything was good .

Service was great. They didn’t rush you and they made sure to check that they were adding the right amount of toppings to your order as you went through the line. The food was great and the chips were phenomenal. One of the better chipotle’s I’ve been to!

My food was amazing. Service was amazing, but there was a young lady on the register who was very unprofessional in telling the person making my food “that she wasn’t doing it right.” She was embarrassing her for no reason & she was rude to her & me. When I asked why she was doing that, then she wanted to go off and get an attitude with me. I told the team leader that she was being inappropriate, although he apologized he stated that she was only showing her how to do it right. But she wasn’t bc when the girl made another mistake, she went right back into raising her voice & saying, “Didn’t I just tell that that wasn’t right!”

I ordered a steak bowl. Why did they give me a bowl with nothing but steak in it. Where is the rice, lettuce, beans etc? I’ve never experienced a chipotle order so poorly done and was charged $60 for 2 bowls of meat only this is crazy. What if that was my last $60? Now I’m going to have to wait 4-5 days for my results to refund. Never again and I’m so disappointed.

I’ve been to Chipotle and Moe’s many times outside of RR, don’t waste your time here. Waited 27 minutes in the drive thru line before I left. Was still 4th in line by that point. Line was to the door inside people were just walking out. If you’re gonna open a Chipotle, train your employees to be able to run the restaurant. Besides all that good luck finding parking, the parking lot is just used as an overflow for Starbucks and Chick-Fil-A. Went across the street to Highway 55 in and out, got my food and left, the car at the window is still there. God bless anyone who is willing to come here.

My first time at Chipotle so I was curious. I didn’t like the dining area. Everyone has to walk by you both coming in and out. I explained to the server that I had never been there and asked for suggestions. The look I was given, was not the nicest. I got a bowl. It was good. I’m not that into spicy but it was tasty. The guacamole was delicious! I’m big on saving so the rewards program is wonderful! I will give it another try.

I love Chipotle. When we are out of town, I make it an option of places to eat and I had really high hopes and expectations for this new location in RM. I’ve been 5 times and each time it was memorable because of the service or food, again I had high expectations.. the 1st time after weeks of opening they had no chicken or steak so I had to settle for something else. The 2nd time, the attitude of the girl behind the counter was trash, but the food was good. The 3rd time I went they had no chicken so I had to settle for steak and that time, I had to wait about 5 minutes til the employee’s finished their very loud personal conversation before they attended me, and the food was more cold than warm.. The 4th time, the guy behind the counter was defensive and it seemed like he was irritated I came in, his attitude was trash. And the 5th time I went the food quality was not the best, it seemed like the food quality went down with every visit and that was the last time I will ever go to this establishment. I’ve worked in the service industry for years and I KNOW GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and every single interaction here has been terrible. The food gradually tasted worse. I won’t come back, it’s left a bad taste in my mouth and mind that I don’t even care for Chipotle anymore, anywhere and that’s unfortunate because I really enjoyed it.
