I ordered though the app and got it on time and my order was correct. I usually like to order the burrito bowls but decided to try something different so I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was delicious! The sides were really good ( pico, sour cream and corn) and I also got guacamole with chips.

The place says they close at 11, and they start closing from 10:30. I’ve been between 10:30-10:40 several times and they lock the doors . They say system is down they cannot give food. I do understand if it happens once in a while but these is happening more than often. If the staff want to leave early the store time should be updated to 10:30 or serve food until 10:50 at least

Everytime I come to this location I have to leave because they don’t have main ingredients like CHICKEN, BLACK BEANS, and SOUR CREAM!!! Things people order ALL THE TIME! Went today and I guessed correctly. Out of things! They close at 11, they won’t have things for the rest of the day! What a loss in revenue! Why would I pay for something else when that’s what I want? You don’t get a discount for them not being prepared to serve you at the End of the day. Not even an apology! Just yeah, next! Won’t spend another dime with this location.

Went last night around 8:00 and there was no brown rice, the worker said it’s in but will take 30 minutes. That was a complete lie. It was so dirty and we could even look at what toppings to add because according to the manager Rhonda they breakdown at 8:30. Makes no sense because it wasn’t even near 8:30. I had to ask a few times for my toppings and the other worker got upset because of it. I’m thinking I can’t see what you have because it’s not on the steamer. Then I get home and it’s a long black hair in my food!!!!

Ordered a Chicken Bowl. The food was nearly COLD: the chicken, the black beans, the rice, the corn, and the Queso, The lettuce was not completely fresh, and there was something hard and chewy in my food. The side of Queso tasted very processed (powdery). Called the store to speak to someone, and there’s an automatic answering service that take the calls; I had to call several times before getting someone on the phone to request a refund. I spent $17.44… I will NOT eat here again.

We visited this Chipotle yesterday and I can say I was less than impressed (and frankly disgusted) with the cleanliness of the restaurant. We had to eat outside (while a storm was beginning no less) because there were no clean tables – not easily “wipe the crumbs off” dirty, full on sticky, food residue covered tables that no one had bothered to clean. This wasn’t an issue of short staffing, which I would understand. There were plenty of people behind the counter.

Ordered chips & a large guacamole on the app and got the alert saying it was ready. Once I went inside they couldn’t find the order, turns out they never technically filled the order because they had no chips & no way to make any. The cashier asked if I wanted a refund, I said yes. He then gave me a phone # to call to get said refund. I decided to go on the app & “Chat with Pepper” to let them know what happened. They in turn gave me two chips & guacamole coupons instead of just refunding my money back to my account. Super weird.
