As of Today this place has gotten worse 03/18/2023. I wasn’t pleased! Look at my bowls I ordered and didn’t get the choice of toppings neither. As usual, the amount of meat you get is getting much less. I ordered a bowl, but didn’t get much meat. When asking about part of my meal was left out, the manager came up and answered of the employee that was trying to help me with a funky attitude, as if I was looking to get free food or something. I won’t eat at this Chipotle location again. Recommendation, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They can easily up charge for an item but when they don’t have your topping(s) that suppose to available without additional charges, they are so happy to say we out of it, an as consumers we all suppose to accept it without saying anything.

First time at the Salisbury location. Staff up front were extremely friendly and kind but when I got home with my chicken burrito bowl and side of chips, the chips weren’t edible. They were burnt and I have never had this issue at any other chipotle location EVER!

Chipotle continues to disappoint at various locations. This particular location, I visited several months ago and their ice machine was broken. I thought that giving them that many months it would be fixed. Unfortunately still no ice for a fountain drink. This location neither offers brewed tea to drink?? Every location besides this one I’ve visited offers tea (especially in NC)? The employees were not very friendly. The tables and floors were dirty. Stood in line with only 5 people in front of me and the online orders always seem to take a preference, hence a 30 minute wait for food. Won’t be back..

I should’ve went to Go Burrito. Two burritos and two drinks was $33. The burritos literally were rolled so badly, we basically had a wet tortilla with food all over it. It fell apart as soon as we opened the tenfoil and guess what. They were out of forks in the whole restaurant! Not to mention there are plenty of food lions and gas stations around to fix the fork issue. The floors and tables were covered in food crumbs and napkins everywhere. They also were not busy. Yikes. Chipotle gets no more of my money.

Went here the other night the place was filthy ( should have taken pictures) not only the floor but I had to wipe down a table to use it. Not only that the lettuce was wilted and it was tossed around so you would not see the black spots. Around the drink area was disgusting .I would have gotten my money back but I was in a hurry so I threw most of the ” bowl ” away . I hope everyone and someone that is responsible reads this because it was disgusting and I ended up wasting $20 and then ended up going to Cook out to eat. I wish the Health Department would have come in …

This is the first and only time I’ve been to a Chipotle. $17 for a “chicken” burrito and a medium drink. The amount of meat they put on the burrito compared to the beans and rice was basically like ordering a vegetarian meal with hardly any queso (you pay extra for queso). I’d feel better eating Taco Bell rather than spending $17 here because at least when you order food there, you know what to expect for what you pay. It was by far the driest and most bland burrito that I’ve ever had. And at least if you’re going to overcharge for below average quality food, clean the inside of the restaurant and make it look like you care to be in business.

I usually have a pretty good experience at an Chipotle, but we went to the Salisbury one yesterday and it wasn’t good. They were out of everything, so they say. When you look at another worker to have them shake their head when you ask for white rice, sour cream or hot sauce then you know they have some in the back. They just don’t want to get it out. Since when does Chipotle not fill the bowls up? My bowl wasn’t even half full. Neither was the other persons. We still paid almost $18.00 for a meal and didn’t get anything we hardly wanted.

I went to inside and ask for a ball meal and the rice, the fajitas, poco-tomato, and most of the things are really really strong on salt that you could also find the salt in some spots loaded in salt even my tooth started hurting, that was terrible so I went inside again asking for money return and this black guy started looking for cards and stuff wasting all my time having things to do so I just grab the food and put it in the trashcan and leave not planning to come back again really disappointed and they also vaping inside the restaurant. I’ve been saying that for a long time which I don’t think is permitted.
