I was super disappointed in my experience with the location I went to today. Not only was the restaurant absolutely filthy, but they were almost out of everything on the menu. First, I was told there wasn’t any rice, chicken, onions, and peppers, corn pretty much everything, so I’m not even sure what they expected me to order anyway. When I was telling the manager about this, she was INCREDIBLY rude with me and even walked away at one point. Once the shift changed only then was I able to actually order something. When chicken finally was available it was absolutely disgusting, cut in huge pieces with fat and other parts hanging off it.

I live right down the road so I go here regularly. Depending on which employee you get the service will either be great or eh, though usually it’s great. I ALWAYS go in and order, like any fast food place ordering online or delivery means that it’ll most likely be wrong. So don’t let the bad reviews throw you off! It’s a great place, in a nice area, you just gotta go in and get your stuff. It’s not like they cook to order so it’ll take you 5 minutes at most. Manager is very nice and attentive as well.

I have not been very satisfied with the service I received recently from chipotle. I have visited this one several times and never know if only online orders are accepted until I am actually there. Went there on a Friday evening at approximately 5:00 and there was a sign on the outside of it that said online orders only. I placed my online order from my car then went in to wait for it. Usually order the very same thing each time so I watched my food was prepared and notice that it was not being made properly. I asked for extra protein and $4.20 for two bowls no lettuce on one and extra cheese. When my order was finished I went to the Shelf to pick it up and inform the staff that I observed my order being made and it was not made properly. One of my orders was not made correctly with the extra protein I ordered. The counter clerk opened my order and proceeded to give me extra protein in two little cups and then I was told that they could not do anything else. My other order specifically said no lettuce and when I got home it was lettuce in that bowl. Both orders were missing ingredients no salsa and no grilled peppers and onions as well. I will never ever order again online from this Chipotle or any other chipotle. The whole concept of this establishment I l i k e d because you can actually see your food being made . when they don’t pay attention to what you order online it’s like oh well too bad.

If you don’t go before 7pm you’re likely not getting what you want. Routinely runs out of things far before their 11pm close time. Ordered a simple chicken burrito with cheese, lettuce and rice and they were out of chicken by 9:30pm. Don’t get started on their lack of chips. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Came here to eat on Sunday evening before heading to the airport. There were about 4 customers present, and the employees said we had to order online, because they were short staffed. We had to download the app and it would not function. I asked them if they could please take our order since we’re standing right there. But she said there’s only 3 of us and imagine if there were 20 people here and I said well I’m imagining that but there are only 4 people here.

Seating area is filthy, staff are rude to everyone. Food is cold, they load up the bowl or burrito with rice and add 3 pieces of steak. The menu says steak tacos are 10.95 but I was charged 12.70 for a plain Jane steak taco. No extras to raise the price

This was the worst pickup experience I’ve ever had with Chipotle. I placed my order on the app far in advance so it would be ready when I got to the restaurant. Upon entering, I noticed signs on the door that said online orders only, and this was during peak lunch time. No one’s orders were ready, and we had to wait in line while each person’s order was made as they progressed in line to the counter. At the counter, one person had to hold my phone and read my order to the other person assembling the order. After all of that, I got no cheese despite asking for extra. This was absolutely ridiculous and I cannot imagine any way where this would be the most efficient way to process orders.

I have ordered delivery (via the chipotle website) a handful of times and all but one time, they forget to include my salad dressing. I always order a salad and name my order “salad dressing,” and they still fail to include it time and time again. I have tried to submit a complaint via the chipotle website but it does not allow me to do so as my order was not missing an entire item. This is ridiculous and should not happen. Please remind employees that a salad is not a burrito bowl and should ALWAYS include dressing

The food is atrocious! Bland rice, slimy carnitas, chewy corn, and chips that flavorless and either undercooked/overcooked. I live near this location and have been here 3 times in the last two weeks – the food is consistently gross. For those saying the food is delicious here, you obviously have dysgeusia because this food is garbage!
