I have gone to this location 2 times in the past several months (because it’s the most convenient location for me) and have walked up to signs on the door stating that they were only taking online orders. I had driven quite a distance to get there and passed many other food joints to be told by staff that I need to order online . This is very frustrating. I have had horrible experiences ordering online; like staff putting too much or too little of something or not what I asked for at all. I thought the concept of a Chipotle type place is so you can see them prepare your order to your exact liking. Overall, it has been an inconvenience two times in a row and this is ridiculous. I have never experienced this at other locations. What kind of customer service is this???? Is this a store management call or corporate?

The food always tastes good. A couple of the employees, however, will give you a quarter scoop of protein. Even they have to know it looks ridiculous when there is like 8 small pieces of chicken spread across a large bowl. It always perplexes me – what do some individual employees gain from giving such unusually small portion sizes?? I would like to reiterate it is not all of them, just a couple. Other than this, I have no problems and go frequently. I have cut down my visits substantially because of this problem though. Used to go like 3/4 times a week because of convenience and now I go once every couple weeks…

I ordered online. It told me to look for my order on the rack. When you enter the store there is a sign that says “Mobile Orders” over the shelving rack. So I sat down and waited for my food to be brought out to the rack. I waited a long time but it never came out. Finally, I looked around and spotted a tray with a bunch of bags on it by the register. I go up and ask “are these the mobile orders?” And they say “yes.” . The food was good but I’m very unhappy about that. If they are going to change where mobile orders are stored they need to take down the sign or put up another one explaining.

Everything was ok until I get to the register to pay and the employee at the register who for some reason was wearing a bandanna and dark sunglasses ( while working inside and at 8:30 at night) literally does nothing but stares at me. No hello, what did you have, etc. I point at my burrito and say that’s all I have if you want to take my money??. The employee continues to stare at me while doing nothing to take my payment. Other employees ask him what is he waiting on. Finally someone else comes over and helps me. After paying, the employee wearing sunglasses still continues to do nothing and doesn’t hand me my food. Hands down the weirdest interaction I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Everyone was nice and was working hard but that one guy. Please fix your business.

I should have looked at the reviews, I own that. But ran in for a quick lunch and they were low on all the food (it was 12:30), didn’t make excuses and threw my salad together with minimal toppings(no dressing) and the cashier just wanted me out. The place was dirty. Not going here again

They got me sick today. Only thing I’ve eaten today was a barbacoa burrito and a box of nerds. The burrito tasted great at lunch but now it feels like food poisoning. The watermelon Limeade was my favorite part.

If you’re going to be out of an item for an online order, let the customers know before having them pick it up and be upset at getting the bare bones! Was missing pico, beans, fajita veggies from all my entrees! Only had the lettuce, meat, cheese, and rice. Definitely will be avoiding this location in the future.
