The past year this chipotle has been nothing but terrible and it’s constantly declining and getting worse, im baffled by the fact they can even remain open when they are out of CHEESE, LETTUCE AND FAJITA VEGGIES at dinner time. And if you look closer at the picture you will see the rice is in CLUMPS and it was still 25 dollars for 2 bowls.

This location makes me wish for 7 percent unemployment with the hopes they can hire better help. Service is super slow, the employees dont seem to care about good service, the chips are always stale and portions will disappoint. The managers excuse for all the errors was they are underpaid. Maybe it’s the music being to loud and vulgar.

Addison was rude and making faces like she was annoyed with our order. When I asked the manager what her name was she told me she wasn’t going to give it to me, I could ask her myself. The name on the receipt was Enzo, but since she doesn’t give out names I can’t confirm. If you go in she’s black, about 5’1”, an easy 280lbs, dreadlocks and you can smell her attitude. Good luck!

I normally don’t do reviews, but I’m on here, looking for the next most convenient chipotle, because I vowed never to go to this one again. They are always out of vegetables. I’ve gone three different times. I assumed they were holding them for pickup orders so I ordered online, and still did not get vegetables and no one even mentioned it when we picked it up.

This Chipotle was almost empty when I walked in at 5 before dinner rush and every single table was dirty. All the employees seemed absolutely miserable and there weren’t fajitas(as usual). Even the outside patio tables were covered in food. The food was mediocre, lacking flavor, not what I would expect. I have been here a couple times and it’s always the same.

This chipotle location is the absolute worst location I have ordered from. I have gotten the wrong order multiple times; I ask for a veggie bowl and receive a chicken bowl. There have also been times where I am just given a bowl of beans and rice. I am not even sure how a location can be this lazy, irresponsible, and incompetent. I have been a devoted customer of Chipotle for years, and this location is the reason I have stopped ordering. Retrain your staff. Do better. This repeated incompetence is frustrating and difficult to deal with.

Ordered online at 9:40pm. Hours state open till 11pm. Paid for order, which stated pick up at 9:50pm. Notification came to phone stating that the order was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, as soon as I walk in the door before I even got to the counter, a young lady at the counter shouts toward me at the door that they are out of food, so if you paid for an order call some 800 number tomorrow to try to get a refund. The counter and food service counter were already cleaned out while I can see food in the back area on the tables. I ask what time they close and I’m told 10pm. Online it says 11pm, with a note that says hours verified by owner 4 days prior. I mention that it says 11pm and am told that was just a test period of closing at 11 that didn’t work out and that they are back to closing at 10pm. I told them I’d like to speak to a manager to receive a refund in lieu of calling on a weekend to some random 800 number scribbled on paper. Some young man comes out, stating all the same things with an attitude that is unprofessional and disrespectful. Basically the whole tone is “why are you upset, just call the number on the paper” I ask for a corporate number and am told that they don’t know it. I ask for their names and am told we don’t have to tell our names. So I took pictures of the employees to forward to corporate, and am told pictures aren’t allowed in the building. The young manager muttering under his breath it’s not a big deal. I am not a big CHIPOTLE fan but my kids eat it as a quick meal on the go or after work. The location here has gone downhill. It’s inconsistent in quality. Most orders are incorrect these days, food is often cold. Sometimes you get half a bowl of food, and half a container of guacamole. PS: I went to the Pineville Matthews location from there and am told all Chipotle restaurants are open until 11 and the guy kinda chuckled in disbelief when I told him the other restaurant was completely out of food, already cleaned up at 9:50, and that they supposedly close at 10.

This was the saddest, most pathetic delivery of food I have ever received. My family PAID for extra chicken on two of our burrito bowls, I could count the little chunks of chicken we received on one hand. The portions were so small, my bowl was only a quarter full. The food was cold, and iur chips were raw and wet. This is the most disappointing and disgusting restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of eating from. I do not recommend eating at or from this establishment under any circumstance. If you want Chipotle I recommend going to a different location regardless of the extra distance.
