We usually pickup from another location because we ALWAYS have problems with orders from Waverly. Tonight was no exception! We ordered 2 burritos, chips and queso and choose delivery because I wasn’t feeling well enough to pick it up. Unfortunately, the app choose this store for our order fulfillment. First…no chips. Then the rice was very undercooked and neither of us could eat the burritos. I took the filling out and ate half the tortilla with my queso and my son just didn’t eat at all. And then you can’t even reach out to the store to provide feedback or get any resolution. Such a waste of money.

I placed an order for delivery from this location and received my burrito bowl covered in rotten guacamole. I ordered a side as well and that was also rotten, I would have rather liked my money back then receive rotten food. I tried mixing it to see if it just oxidized but it was the same all the way through.

I like to food at Chipotle…it always has a great fresh taste. This location can be very busy and even during the busiest times, still is able to keep the line moving. The big disappointment at this location is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables, trash containers and drink area are always a mess. My most resent visit to this location took the cake…The restaurant was a complete disaster…..and to make matters worse one of the dirty tables had a pair of inside out used gloves and the glass window looking outside were I was sitting appeared to have a booger smeared on the glass….it was completely disgusting! I just don’t understand why the employees are not better trained to keep the dining area clean…including the outdoor eating area which is no better. This location does a ton of business and I am sure that the daily sales are huge, but I just don’t understand why even when they appear not to be busy such as during my last visit, there were at least 6 employees behind the counter and not a single person appearing to be tasked with cleaning the dining area. Someone finally did come out to wipe down a table but only after they were asked to by a customer and then promptly took their dirty rag and scooted back behind the counter without addressing anything else in the dining area. I am not sure why this goes unaddressed…..it is too bad… because if this location was better managed, it could be a very enjoyable placed to eat.

Don’t get queso from here if you’re a vegetarian or care about the quality of your food! Was super disgusted to find a giant piece of meat inside of my overpriced queso. Couldn’t even get a hold of anyone at the store to request a refund. The restaurant was dirty and clearly proper food safety measures were not taken. It’s no wonder that the sanitation rating for this location is a 94.5.

This is the worse location I have ever seen. We love Chipotle but think we have finally had it with Waverly tonight. 3 pieces of steak on the taco’s and we asked for more. Employee told me that was a full serving. If she gave me more her manager with make her pay for it. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was at home watching us on the new camera system… Out of tea 90% of the time and extremely dirty facility. Going to start driving another 10 minutes to Stonecrest as they are always on point.

The upside: they’re close to my office. The downside: I can’t depend on them to actually produce a satisfactory order. I ordered 3 chicken tacos with light rice and light beans. I got heavy rice and beans, barely any chicken (one taco actually has no chicken on it, just rice and beans), while the other two had about 3-5 pieces. If not for my 1:30 meeting and the fact that I’m starving, I’d take them back. I’m so tired of trying to patronize this location, it just isn’t good. It’s the worst I’ve gone to in Charlotte. The food is always inconsistent is always sub-par..

As a family we love chipotle food however this location always sucks. They are always out of something or the other either veggies, or hot sauce or something. When you ask them they come up with flimsily reasons. Nothing against the people who are serving as they are mostly school going kids and they are only paid minimum wage for the summers…and have no take on customer services as such. Prices have increased and portions have decreased. If you don’t have food don’t charge the full amount or as part of customer offer something in return

My kids love chipotle but we will avoid this location. The restaurant was so dirty, no trays, chips were stuck together, greasy and soggy. No trays were clean. Guacamole tasted terrible. It’s disappointing! This location used to be nice. The Stonecrest restaurant is much nicer!
