My wife stopped by Chipotle to get a steak bowl. The bowl was only half filled with food. We didn’t receive anywhere near the normal amount of rice or steak. The attached picture shows the amount of food in the bowl when she got home. Nothing was removed. Usually we have no issues at this Chipotle, but it seemed like alot of new folks were working, and there was no quality control. Please ensure standard portions are used. What little I got was good though.

Someone please tell me what I’m supposed to do with this for a big salad! I ordered two dressings and this is the ONE I got. Not to mention I had my food delivered and paid for nothing cause now I have to leave work to go get more. This is not a first time thing. At least this time, I actually got the dressing.

As we prepare for Hurricane Ian… I passed by Chipotle for a bite to eat. I recieved my bowl and continued my journey. Finally, I reached my destination and opened my bowl for a bite to eat. As I bit into my meal I noticed that the rice was a bit undercooked. The grains of rice were still hard. Considering the storm was getting worse, I couldn’t and wasn’t going back to argue the issue. I just won’t return anytime soon. And if I do – I think I’d ask to sample the rice first. I only ate the meat, beans, corn, cheese, and other toppings because of the half cooked rice.

Today my daughter went to the Raeford Rd location. We had a new person serving our food. We noticed he was not filling the spoon so we asked him to please put more chicken, he said he provided a full scoop and would have to charge. We told him no and so there was another employee that stepped in and showed him how a spoonful would look. I said and his spoon did not look like that. The employee proceeds to scold me about being patient because he was new. We were patient when he put a dab of rice, a dab of beans but oh no he also did the same with the protein. If she had just said he was new and not taken the tone as if we needed to be scolded. We told her that we didn’t have an attitude and neither should she. She continued to want to debate. I have said all of this to say, we came in very pleasant but our experience wasn’t. Please do better. Your customers deserve better customer service.

Twice in a row now I have ordered ahead(about 30 minutes) and went to the chipotlane to get my food. I sat there at the window for over 10 minutes without being addressed. There were employees directly at the window but would not acknowledge me. They were making future orders and I saw my food on the shelf. I waived, tapped on the glass and even called the establishment but still nobody even looked at the window or told me there would be a wait.

This location use to be good but now they’re cheap with their portions. They give me like 6 bites of meat when that’s what I’m paying for is the meat or the meat they give me is mostly fat chunks.

This would have been my first time, but due to my HORRIBLE AND VERY DISAPPOINTING experience, I will probably never go back. I waited in line for about 20 minutes ( no problem) wanted the Chicken Alpastor. Finally made it to the front and the counter, and the chicken was cooking, and the guy said it would be about 15 minutes, ( I decided to wait). I got back in line. Made it back to the counter and the other guy that was up there told me that other batch was for on-line orders only. And the batch that was cooking, would take about 20 minutes. I told them if the other guy would have told me that, I would have gotten something else. They looked at me like ” oh well”. Did not even offer anything. I was mortified.

Food was completely cold, minimal to no cheese on barbacoa tacos and tasted mainly the black beans instead of the barbacoa. Received half cup of queso Blanco and maybe 10 chips for the price. Will not order again

This Chipotle is the newest one in Cumberland County, but also the worst. Then I tell you the portions are small, it ridiculous with the small size portions they give. You can tell that the food has been out for a while and needed to be dumped and replaced with fresh food. The inside wasn’t clean, we had planned to dine inside but it was so filthy that we left with our order to only go next door to order at Panda Express, where we dine in and left the food in the car from Chipotle. If you are looking for larger portions and hot food from Chipotle’s please go to the one on Ramsey or Skibo Road, because the one on Raeford is the worst.

Every time I come to this location, they’re out of food, kitchen area is messy and food looks disgusting. I’ve walked out multiple times thinking it would get better but this will be the last time I come to this location. Gotta stick to old faithful on skibo.
