I been to the oleander location for over 3 years it was actually my favorite. Today I had a really bad experience. The person working the front line serving was so rude and immature. She had given me the scrap of the white rice I asked her. If you don’t have any more white rice can you please just give me the brown rice and she put the brown rice over the white rice. I stated I don’t want that, can I get a bowl with brown rice instead. She looked at another employee like if I’m wrong for not wanting two types of rice on my bowl. As she went on putting the topping she was doing it with anger. Just throwing the topping on. I’m paying for my food and service. At this point i was over her and I asked to speak to the manager. He was respectful listen to my concern and even apologized. It doesn’t change my experience.I’m very disappointed.

I have been going to this chipotle for years to satisfy my chipotle craving, but it feels like a gamble every time I go. The majority of the time there is something wrong with my order. Whether it’s diminutive portion sizes, poor food quality, horrible chips… im almost always disappointed. I am glad to be moving so that I never have to go to this location again, although it seems like chipotle as a brand is on the decline no matter where you go.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Save your money and go to the Mayfair location. I’ve ordered from them 8 times in the past 2 months and I can confidently say I’ve NEVER gotten a double portion of meat here when I asked for it. They have given me the wrong mobile order more times than I can count. You will spend $13-25.00 for your meal and completely regret it after.

Hmmmmmm. I’ve been going to Chipotles for about as long as they’ve been in business. I knew the head of marketing operations at one time and discussed how good they are for a fast food chain. I’ve had Chipotle all over and this is absolutely, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever been too. Today, stale chips, outdated guacamole, and extremely average service. Apparently these guys are having real trouble as all the reviews of late are terrible. Chipotle need to take charge of this and any similarly poor locations and deal with them, before their reputation is trashed.

I got the chicken al pastor last week and it was really really good. Today I asked for it again for carryout and after a few bites, my mom and I both realized the chicken tasted like the regular chicken instead of the chicken al pastor. Maybe it wasn’t seasoned as well as last time. Then I remembered that right after she added the chicken to our bowls, another employee restocked the other chicken so I guess either she didn’t realize it was the regular chicken or she didn’t want to wait for the al pastor to be refilled, or it was just under-seasoned . And we specifically came for the al pastor bc it’s limited time only and the best of all the proteins.

I walked in and the girl running the front said they were only taking online orders. As soon as I finished putting in my order they started taking people in person. She could have told me that instead of making me wait 15 more minutes to get my online order while watching them serve 30+ people who came in after me, but got their food way ahead of me. It was ridiculous and she wasn’t remotely nice or helpful.
